You've arrived.

Time for you to take five for yourself.

A moment of respite,

Allowing yourself to rejuvenate,

Rest,

And recharge.

Feeling the spine sinking and heaving into the sweet support system beneath you,

Letting go,

Surrender.

Feel the muscles melt away any and all tension.

Let a wave of relaxation wash over you,

Closing the eyes from the outside of the world,

Taking a moment to really relax from looking so that we can shift into feeling.

Ask yourself,

How am I feeling?

What are the messages,

Sensations of my body?

This sacred body temple that carries me around all life long,

Powerful vessel of creation,

Allowing a few moments to simply be,

Some time to simply receive,

Recharging our energetic bodies,

Our physical body,

And our mental body.

Can you notice the breath,

The ease and the effortless of being breathed,

Watching the breath come and letting the breath go?

Taking slow deep inhale,

Exhale deeply.

When you're ready,

Slow deep inhale,

Exhale deeply.

A few more on your own,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Feeling this life force energy purifying you,

Regenerating you,

And reawakening.

Feel the effects of simply five minutes of conscious relaxation.

How wonderful does it feel?

When you're ready,

You can sweetly blink your eyes open,

Welcoming in the rest of your day,

And allow the hands to come to the energy center of the heart,

Honoring yourself,

And sealing in your gratitude for being in this gift of now.
