Welcome to this sacred time set aside just for you.

Snuggle into your seat.

Make any movements and adjustments,

Maybe stretch.

Settle deep and heavy,

Acknowledging your breath flowing through your body like a massage.

Breathing in,

Feeling alert,

Spine sending to the sky.

Breathing out,

Sensing the grounding and heaviness into the seat.

Lightly coming into your space,

Settling in.

Feeling the heaviness in your seat rooted,

Sensing roots in your whole seat,

Traveling low,

Anchoring you,

Traveling into the ground,

Past the earth skin,

Deep,

Deep into the soil.

Feeling your roots embedded in that beautiful,

Nourishing,

Life-rich soil.

The nourishment traveling through your roots and back up,

Filling your body with a gentle,

Soft life,

Sinking and releasing into the space and into the moment.

Lightly sensing if there's any tension in the body or activity calling for your acknowledgement,

And simply being with it,

Giving it the acknowledgement and gentle ease being with it.

Relaxing deeper into the space,

Inviting yourself now to become an open container.

Your attention has an open container,

Open sky,

Being attentive for what occurs.

Let everything just drift on by,

Sounds,

Sensations,

Words.

Allow it to arrive and simply drift.

If you become heavily focused on noise or words,

You can invite yourself to put your attention onto your root,

In your seat,

In your grounding,

Or the grounding massage and rhythm of your breath to return back to the beautiful safety of this moment and the open attention and being with what is.
