Session 5: Asking For Practical Guidance

This meditation is the final session in the series Co-creating with the soul of your business.

In this guided practice, you are invited to reconnect with the energy of your business or creation and ask for practical guidance. This may relate to your business as a whole, your wellbeing as the creator, or the next steps for bringing your offer into the world.

As you listen and connect, you may receive insights about practical actions, timing, or what your creation needs from you in order to be shared more fully. This practice supports you to trust the guidance that arises and deepen your relationship with your business as a conscious creative partner.

Sometimes the guidance is clear and immediate. At other times it unfolds gradually. Both are part of the process. This meditation simply creates space for listening, trust, and alignment.
