Give All Your Interest To This!

By becoming aware of the conceptual self and the ways in which it affects one's behavior it is possible to free oneself from the grip of egoic suffering and discover lasting freedom and peace. The fastest and most effective way to end suffering is to give up all interest in material forms and experiences and give ALL one's interest to the unseen Divine pure consciousness. Consciousness is not a concept or belief system. It is known through direct experience and in order to know it one must learn how to shift the focus of one's attention by stopping all effort to DO anything and becoming very still, then enquiring into what is here and aware of being aware? That which is aware is not a thought, image, feeling or experience. It never moves or changes. It is eternal, unseen and beyond time and space. When you give all your attention to this, your whole system opens up to allow the Divine itself to penetrate through your being and infuse every aspect of your life with unconditional Love.
