Welcome to your meditation,

Letting go of others judgments.

The intention of today's meditation is simply to release that which isn't yours.

Come back to yourself,

Your truest self,

When nothing can touch you.

And whilst remembering and realizing the unity and oneness with those around you.

Knowing that when someone is judging you,

They are truly judging themselves.

You can feel the freedom of releasing that which isn't yours.

Throughout the meditation,

You can bring your attention back to the breath and will utilize our breath throughout the meditation.

In this releasing process,

So I invite you to bring your awareness to your breath and let's start by releasing with every breath that which doesn't belong to us.

So as you breathe in,

Bringing yourself to your awareness,

As you breathe out,

Imagine that you're releasing everything that doesn't belong to you.

Breathing in,

Bringing yourself to your awareness,

Breathing out,

Releasing that which doesn't belong to you.

As you continue to breathe,

You may feel yourself feeling lighter and lighter as you begin to release that burden.

As you continue to breathe,

You can free yourself from that burden and judgment of others by untying your energy from that other person.

And we can do that now through the process of forgiveness.

Remembering that as someone is judging you,

They are truly just judging themselves.

So continuing to hold your awareness on your breath and with every breath,

Imagine that person that is judging you is standing in front of you and with every breath,

You can start to send them compassion,

Love,

And forgiveness.

So breathing in and breathing out,

Sending them compassion,

Love,

And forgiveness.

Remembering that their judgment is a reflection of how they feel about themselves and the difficulty that they are facing.

So breathing in,

Breathing out,

Sending them compassion,

Love,

And forgiveness.

And continuing this process on your own for the next few breaths.

I invite you to continue to hold your awareness on the breath,

But now pulling that awareness back from that person,

Back to yourself.

And as you have received judgment,

We can now send some kindness and compassion to ourselves for any hurt or anxiety or stress that we have felt.

So with every breath now,

Sending love and compassion to yourself.

Breathing in compassion and kindness and breathing out anything that isn't helpful to you right now.

Breathing in compassion and kindness and breathing out anything that you're holding on to still.

With every breath,

Continue settling into your body,

Reminding yourself that as you are right now,

Nothing needs changing.

Nothing needs doing.

Releasing everything that doesn't belong to you on the exhale and breathing in love and compassion for yourself on the inhale.

And as the meditation draws to a close and choosing some affirmations to close on,

Reminding yourself of your strength,

Kindness and beauty.

I am strong.

I am brave.

I am kind.

I am loving.

I am love.

I am deserving.

With every breath,

Repeating an affirmation of your choice or one of these over in your mind.

And as the meditation draws to a close,

Taking one final breath,

Breathing in on the exhale,

Releasing all that doesn't belong to you.

And now expanding your awareness out from the breath to the rest of your body,

Becoming more aware of the room that you're in,

Sounds around you,

Movement,

Perhaps the chair or ground beneath you.

And when you're ready,

Coming back to the room and opening your eyes.

Beautiful. My only recommendation would be a version that is longer, with a little more space between prompts. Otherwise this was really good and helpful. Thank you
