Transcript

Find a comfortable seat or lie down on your back.

Scan your body and make any subtle movements that allow you to feel more comfortable.

I am sitting by a pond recording this meditation.

So you may hear birds or branches swaying in the wind.

And see if you can allow the sounds of nature be a part of the experience.

Tune into the breath.

Relax with each breath.

Silently and gently repeat the following phrases to yourself.

May I be free of fear and harm.

May I be free of fear and harm.

May I be happy just as I am.

May I be at peace.

May I feel a connection with all beings.

May I live with an open heart.

Next,

Change the wording slightly by calling someone to mind that you feel gratitude for.

May they be free of fear and harm.

May they be happy just the way they are.

May they feel connected to all beings.

May they live with an open heart.

Finally,

We will extend our wishes of loving kindness out into our community and out into the world.

May all beings be free of fear and harm.

May all beings be happy.

May all beings be at peace.

May all beings feel connected.

May all beings live with an open heart.

Place your hands over your heart.

May you be at peace.

This is great! It really helped me get back into a place of love and gratitude and out of my resentful thoughts. The nature sounds and occasional breeze across the microphone add to the by the peaceful pond atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I loved this meditation! It was very relaxing and peaceful. The only thing was that you could occasionally hear her breath in the microphone. Other than that, it's a fabulous meditation. πŸ™β˜ΊοΈ
