The goal of this inquiry meditation is not to deny the normal difficult situations in your daily life, but to escape the prison of the problem-solver identity. When you make the shift into awake awareness as your upgraded operating system, you’ll feel relief, peace of mind, and courage so you can more easily solve daily challenges.

So let's do this glimpse practice now.

No need to set up in a particular position.

You can have your eyes open or closed and just inquire by asking yourself this question and then looking with awareness to see what's true,

To see what's here.

Don't try to understand the inquiry intellectually.

Just ask,

Look with awareness,

And wait to see what is aware and who is here.

So here's the inquiry to ask yourself,

What is here now if there's no problem to solve?

Notice what's aware or ask yourself again,

What is here now when there's no problem to solve on the level of identity?

Just let go of that problem solver.

What is aware?

Who is here?

What is absent?

What is dropped away?

And what qualities begin to show up when there's nothing to know,

To create or become?

What is here when you are not the problem solver?

Know where to go,

Nothing to do,

No one to become.

Just now,

What is here?

See for yourself,

Feel into,

Experience directly the awareness that is essential,

That is here.

With curiosity,

With a letting go,

What is here now when there's no problem to solve?
