This is the first field of being that awareness can know directly.
And now,
As local awareness begins to surrender back,
It can discover awake awareness,
Which is already aware in the subtlest of all fields of space.
Tune in or open until awareness mingles with space and discovers an awareness that's already been awake and now knows itself.
Wait until awareness mingles with space.
Wait until awareness shifts into being the primary dimension of knowing and being.
And now feel that this field of spacious awareness is already feeling and looking forward and mixing with the aliveness and energy within your body.
So with this spacious awareness as the primary way of knowing,
Notice that it's also inherent within everything you're sensing and feeling from head to toe.
Feel the waves of aliveness dancing within the ocean of awareness.
Notice how awake awareness is already unified with all the other elements of the body.
Awareness is already unified with all your senses,
Thoughts and feelings without needing to identify with them or form a local knower within your body.
Aware of the space behind,
The energy within,
As you now notice that awake awareness is connected forward in front of you to all the things and people,
All the matter,
All the activity,
And every living thing.
Feel this connection to everything as if everything is alive or lit up from within.
Feel this open-hearted awareness going out to recognize the open-hearted awareness within everything and everyone.
Now,
Feel this spacious awareness equally in front,
Within and behind.
Above and below and all around.
Feel the boundless ground of support.
Feel the stillness and the aliveness.
Just in this already happening awareness,
This effortless knowing.
Feel how they're all at once,
Space,
Energy,
Matter and awareness.
One continuous,
Self-sustaining field of aware presence.
You can feel both the all-at-once-ness and also the movement,
The dance from formlessness into form and back again.
Surrendering back to spacious awareness,
Which then comes into your body and then flows out to connect to all in front of you.
The movement of surrendering back to formlessness,
Feeling the formless awareness and the arising of form and energy out of this field,
This ocean,
As a body and a mind.
And then relating to all in front as a continuous,
Unified field on one level and also as separate creatures simultaneously everywhere,
Nowhere and here,
Unified and particular.
The breath is happening by itself.
This is happening without your help.
Notice what it's like when this is your feeling of identity.
When this is your feeling of identity that's not centered in a local knower within your body and yet includes the tenderness,
The sensitivity and the particularness of your humaneness.
Where is the eye?
Scan the field of your body and mind to see if there's a separate sense of self as an object or subject to be found quickly at the speed of local awareness.
And upon not finding any point of view,
Notice the seamless field of aware presence,
Both formless awareness mixed with space,
Energy and objects in the world,
In front of you,
Behind you,
To the sides of you.
Feel the sense of being here now.
The now that includes past movement,
Present moments coming and going and any thoughts of the next moment.
Just feel how the now is all at once and contains everything.
Breath allow a smile to come to your face and don't shift back up to a local manager in your head.
Remain here and see how you can stand and walk to move without losing this ground of being.
