This meditation is an invitation to rest in presence "as presence". Deepening in the freedom of letting go the need to control this moment and allowing the inside and outside movement to move as it is happening. Resting our atention in the breath movement and the body sensations we'll start to recognize this presence that is natural in us, not just as a feeling that comes and goes, but more as a recognition from where we can live and enjoy our daily life.
