Welcome to this guided meditation,
Thank you so much for being here with me.
This meditation will bring you a beautiful sense of peace,
Calm and a deep feeling of resting in your own presence and inner silence.
We are going to allow ourselves to be fully present,
To be fully conscious.
So find a place where you feel comfortable and just allow yourself to be fully conscious about your body and breath.
Be aware of how the breath is moving inside you,
How the air goes in and goes out.
You don't need to do any effort to observe this movement.
You don't need to try to control the breath in any way,
Just allow it to happen as it is.
Just be present and realize how the breath is happening in you.
Be aware also of the sensations in your body,
Just feel how the sensations are moving,
Coming and going and allow this movement without trying to control it,
Just allow what is happening and don't associate with anything,
Just allow.
During this meditation thoughts are going to come and they are going to ask for your attention.
I encourage you to feel your power,
To not get involved in them and direct your attention to your breath and inner presence and silence.
Be gentle with yourself,
Every time you get involved in any thought just gently come back again to this moment and allow your attention to rest in your inner presence.
The fuel of your thoughts is your attention,
Understanding this it will bring you the clarity to start directing the attention to what brings you peace and calm.
Every moment you can choose to feed your thoughts or allow your attention to rest in the breath,
To rest in the body awareness and your silent presence.
Like this the power of thoughts over you will diminish little by little.
I invite you to fully dip in this very simple contemplation,
Just being here and resting in this moment.
And every time you breathe in feel your whole body is breathing in and when you breathe out feel your whole body breathing out.
Allow you to breathe with all your body,
If you feel any tension or any resistance in your body or mind,
Breathe out with the feeling of dropping everything,
Dropping all the tension,
Letting go all the effort.
Every time you exhale give up any resistance or tightness.
You have the power to do this without any effort.
You are not here to fight with thoughts or to push them out,
Just recognize and feel your silent presence and let any movement in the mind happen without judging it.
Feel the simplicity and clarity of just being present,
The peace and spaciousness of being here without any intention,
Just for the joy of melting in your inner silence.
Give yourself the amazing gift of just doing nothing,
Forget about trying to do,
Forget about trying to understand or reach any goal,
Just remain silent in your own and let everything move as it is moving.
Enjoy the freedom of wanting nothing.
And in every breath you are fully conscious,
Flowing with this movement,
Melting in this moment,
Peaceful,
Free,
At peace.
This contemplation is an invitation to let go any need of control.
You don't need to control this moment,
You don't need to know what is going to happen,
Just be here.
And as you are fully present you can realize that in this moment you are not trying to do something or to create something,
You are just allowing you to stop doing and really resting in this not doing,
In this letting go.
Be kind with yourself and don't judge your capacity to be present or not.
You don't need to be good as meditator,
You don't need to try to be the perfect meditator.
If you are feeling restless or tensioned,
Be kind with yourself.
You don't need to be perfect in this moment,
You are just resting.
And if you are not being able to not get involved in the mind movement,
Accept and embrace your capacity in this moment,
It's perfect as it is.
Let all the mental activity happen if it has to happen,
You are here to feel you and recognize you as presence,
As peace,
As inner contentment and silence.
Resting with your whole body,
Breathe out with your whole body.
Let all your attention rest in this simple contemplation.
Feel the easiness of letting things happen,
The freedom of allowing this moment to express as it is.
And I would like to invite you to not see this introspection,
This contemplation as an exercise that has a beginning and an end,
But more like a recognition that it's always happening in you,
As you.
From this recognition,
You can do any action you have to do in your daily life,
Eating,
Walking,
Speaking,
Listening,
Reading,
Meditating,
Your breath is always with you,
The body awareness is always with you,
Your presence and inner silence,
They are always with you.
And they are not just tools for making us feel good,
They are the invisible door to lead us to a much more profound recognition of what we really are,
A blessing that is fully available for all of us,
At every moment,
In any circumstances.
Thank you so much for sharing your time and presence with me.
Have a pleasant day.
Much love.
