Place your hands on your belly and now take a deep cleansing breath right into where your hands are.
Deep into your belly,
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth.

Feel your belly expand into your hands with your breath.
And allow your breathing rhythm to settle.
Gentle,
Slow,
Natural,
Flowing deep into your belly.
Picture the oxygen flowing around your whole body like waves of nourishment.
Picture your heart beating strong but steady and your muscles settling,
Releasing,
Softening.
