This meditation is meant to help you completely shut down the anxious mind, and come into a state of manifesting calm, peace, and tranquility for a good night's rest. Using the tools of breathwork, optional journaling deep body relaxation, and a mantra to sing you fast to sleep, my greatest hope is that you can release the fears of tomorrow and know that as you relax, you welcome in all good things as you sleep.

Hello,

My name is Lisa and this is a sleep meditation to help release work anxiety.

This meditation is meant to help you completely shut down the anxious mind and come into a state of manifesting calm,

Peace,

And tranquility for a good night's rest.

If you wish,

You can pause this meditation to do a complete journaling mind dump.

You can write out all you wish to release,

Any feelings or thoughts that no longer serve you.

When you are ready,

You can press play,

Returning to the meditation.

Now go ahead and lie on down.

Take a nice,

Deep inhale into the body and hold for four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Exhale.

Breathe in and sigh out naturally.

Now again,

Take a nice,

Big,

Deep inhale into the body and hold for four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Exhale.

Breathe naturally.

Last time,

Breathe as deeply as possible.

Inhale.

Hold for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Release.

Sigh out.

Observe the breath and notice the space between every breath.

Every inhale and exhale.

Breathe naturally.

Now move your focus to the mind.

Breathe into the mind and notice the space between every thought.

Notice the rise and fall of your breath and recognize in this moment you are in a state of power by simply releasing,

Letting go,

Letting the calm in.

The more you let go,

The more you welcome beautiful things into your life.

And repeat that to yourself.

The more I let go,

The more I let good things come into my life.

Let go.

Release all worries,

Fears,

Doubts,

Rooting down into this calm,

Rooting down into the power of letting go,

Rooting down into every deepening inhale and every softening exhale.

Begin to release all tension in your toes,

The tops of your feet,

The bottom,

The ankles.

And when you think you've let go of all you can,

Let go more.

Move the same energy of release that was at your feet and ankles up to your calf muscles,

Your shins.

Inhale,

Exhale.

And when you think you've released enough,

Release more.

Move that same energy,

Like a soothing,

Pleasurable ripple effect,

Up the spine to the belly,

The chest,

The shoulders,

The torso as a whole.

Release the jaw,

The muscles in the face,

Knowing that it's okay to let go.

It's okay to be reborn in the root of allowing all good things to come.

And as you are in a full state of release,

I will share a mantra that has gotten me through many anxious times.

This mantra simply means the creator and the creation are one.

All the good things that are around you and coming to you,

All of this is a part of you.

Let this mantra lull you into a deep sleep.

Ekon kar sat gur prasad,

Sat gur prasad.

Ekon kar sat gur prasad,

Sat gur prasad.

Ekon kar sat gur prasad,

Sat gur prasad.

Ekon kar sat gur prasad,

Sat gur prasad.

Ekon kar sat gur prasad,

Sat gur prasad.

Ekon kar sat gur prasad,

Sat gur prasad.

Ekon kar.

Ekon kar sat gur prasad,

Sat gur prasad.

Inhale.

Exhale.

You are safe.

You are protected.

And you are so loved,

My friend.

Sleep well knowing that as you sleep,

All beautiful and good things are slowly coming together.

Good night.

And namaste.

This meditation helped me so much after a series of intense work days: I couldn’t sleep as I was so wired. After this meditation I finally managed to disconnect and fall asleep. Thank you. 🙏
