This is a meditation to help remind you that you are enough my friend.
Come to a comfortable seated position or come to lie on down onto your back.
Go ahead and tune on into where you are at the present moment.
Tune on in to your breathing.
Breathing in and exhaling out.
Simply just taking your time.
I want you to go ahead and breathe in,
Sipping up as much air that you can possibly inhale into your body and exhale,
Sigh it out.
So let's begin this exercise.
Inhale,
Breathe in to your body,
Sip up the air,
Sip,
Sip,
Sip,
Breathe in.
Exhale,
Sigh it all out.
Let it go.
We're going to do that two more times.
Inhale,
Fill yourself up with air.
Breathe in,
Breathe in,
Breathe in.
Exhale,
Go ahead,
Release it all.
Let it all go.
Last time.
Inhale,
Breathe in.
Really try to sip up as much air as possible.
Fill yourself with air until you have had enough.
Exhale,
Release,
Let it all go.
Breathe naturally.
Let yourself release the outside world and just connect to the present moment and this breath.
Begin to allow yourself to explore the feeling of what does it mean to you to not be enough?
How do you feel when you feel like you're not going to be enough or you may never be enough?
And where can you locate that feeling in the body?
Is it in the chest,
In the hips,
Is it in the heart,
Is it in the belly?
Now go ahead and send breath to this space and breath to these areas or this specific area of your body,
Filling it up with as much air as possible.
And exhale,
Release that feeling,
Let it go.
Take a nice big deep inhale into any feelings presenting themselves into the body and let them go.
Let the feelings go.
Last time,
Really breathe into any leftover feelings of feeling like you're not enough and let it all go.
I want you to go ahead and imagine that you're staring down into water and the water is so still,
So clear that you can see your reflection in the water.
And I want you to really take a look at your perception of yourself,
Your soul self mirrored back to you.
Take a moment to look at your soul's reflection of you and who you are.
And go ahead,
Begin to share with this mirror of you what you love about yourself,
What you enjoy about yourself,
What you like about yourself.
If it's hard for you to find the words or the feelings,
Just simply stare into this reflection and send this mirror of you so much love,
So much compassion,
So much pride and gratitude in yourself.
And as you begin to really send this energy to your reflection,
Feel the light from your feelings begin to heal and brighten up and empower that mirror image of you,
That soul's image of who you are.
From this place,
Begin to repeat these affirmations to yourself or simply let them wash over you.
I am enough.
I am powerful.
I can do anything I set my mind to.
I am a strong and beautiful soul.
I am smart.
I honor that perfection is me.
I honor that perfection is me.
I welcome my highest self to come forward.
I celebrate me.
Where I am not does not define where I am going.
I release external validation and guilt.
I am me.
I am me.
Feel the energy of self-acceptance and empowerment vibrating through who you are,
Vibrating through that reflection,
Recognizing that reflection is you,
That that beautiful human in the water is you.
Begin to visualize yourself living from this place of empowerment,
Of self-acceptance,
Of being free to understand that you are more than enough.
How can you begin to live from this place right now,
Today?
The idea of perfection is but an illusion,
My friend,
An illusion that tries to steer you away from who you are,
From the truth that you are,
Because the truth is you are walking perfection.
In all of your quirks,
In all of your proudest and not so proudest moments,
You are enough in divine perfection,
Encapsulated in bone,
Tissue,
Blood and breath.
Don't let the lies and the illusion get in the way of experiencing your true divine nature.
You are enough,
You are loved,
And you are perfect just as you are.
