This is a meditation to check on in to how you're feeling,
To release worries and cares about the future,
And let go of wanting to change circumstances that have not happened yet or circumstances that are happening.
So go ahead and find a comfortable seated position or come to lie on down onto your back.
And take a moment to just check in and ask yourself without judgment,
Without criticism,
How do I feel?
Really take a moment to check in on what's coming up for you today.
Maybe even locating the feeling somewhere within your body,
Just allowing yourself to feel whatever you're feeling.
Letting this be a safe space to just acknowledge the feelings,
Let them come to the surface.
And take a nice big deep inhale into the body,
And sigh it out.
Taking a nice big deep breath into the body,
And exhale letting it go.
Just a big deep breath in,
And let it go.
Release.
Let yourself be one with your emotions in a space of releasing control.
And allow yourself to just be present here with whatever you're feeling,
Knowing there's no right or wrong releasing from the past and releasing yourself from the future.
Find that space within the body where you feel these emotions are bubbling up and keep sending the breath down to that area,
Breathing in.
Exhale letting go.
And to feel yourself rooted down into the earth,
Letting all anxiety,
Tension,
Fear melt into the earth,
Let the earth cradle you like a newborn baby or child.
And allow yourself to place all that tension,
Worry,
Fear,
And anxiety into the earth,
Let it flow through the lower body,
The feet,
The toes,
The ankles.
Let it flow through the knees,
The calf muscles,
The tops of the legs,
The lower body.
Let it melt and seep like liquid down into mother earth.
Breathing in.
Sighing out.
Let go.
Begin to send that energy up from tailbone to the belly,
To the chest.
Feel the chest relaxing,
The heart releasing and slowing down.
Feel from shoulders to the elbow and elbows to fingertips.
Let go.
Release the jaw.
Letting the eyes soften the face.
Just allow yourself to be here,
Acknowledging whatever is coming up,
Connecting to your breath.
Knowing that you are here alive,
Safe and sound and as long as you are breathing and letting go,
You're okay.
You are safe and protected and more than okay.
Let mother earth cradle you.
And repeat this affirmation after me.

Take a nice big deep inhale and exhale.
This life is yours.
All you can control is checking in to where you are at at the present moment and move from there.
Let go.
Let the earth hold you.
Clear your mind.
Relax the body.
And whatever feelings come on up,
Let them come.
Trust the process of your beautiful life.
And count the blessings that you have,
The blessing of your breath,
The blessing of this present moment where you are here and you are protected.
You are okay.
You have the power to create the life you want.
And from this space of deep relaxation,
Take a moment of pause for yourself to continue to let go and to continue to work from a place of clarity,
Deep relaxation,
And trust.
And as you breathe in and out,
See yourself really releasing the control,
The desire to hold on,
See yourself releasing and letting go,
Being carried with the flow of life and trusting where your journey is.
And as you breathe in and out,
