Mid Week Vinyasa Flow
With Brenna Ricci
Why not take sometime to release tension in your body with a mid week yoga class? Brenna will ask students for special requests and allow for time to share after class. This class will motivate you! All Levels *Stillness with breathing* ~Slow moving start~ *Sun salutations* ~Sequencing balance, flexibility, and strength~*Cross body moves*~Twists and boosts of energy~*Deep holds* ~Relaxing Savasana~ Modifications and basic props (block(s), bolster, strap) will be offered to help students safely access all poses offered.
