There are no expectations here. No judgements. Just a space of loving, open, energy to be in together. Come and sit in the beautiful energy we'll create together with music and guided meditation. There will be some introduction at the beginning, sharing in the chat, and then we'll dive into creating the shared frequency with breath and Insight Timer music. We'll close with a runic formula for the circle.
