Staying Steady With Others: Boundaries, Listening, and Not Getting Hooked

Stress spreads through relationships, especially when the world feels tense. In this session we will explore how nervous systems co-regulate, how we get pulled into reactivity, and how to stay steady without shutting down. We will practice noticing the hook early (tight jaw, urgency, defensiveness), and learn what boundaries look like when they come from clarity rather than fear. We will close with a grounding practice you can use before and after hard conversations.
