Choose Yourself: Havening For Self Care And Boundaries

In our deepest selves, each of us wants to live in our authentic selves, not in our conditioning and programming. We may not have been taught that self care and boundaries are a healthy and positive part of being genuine, and genuinely fulfilled in life. In this session we will be using the practice of self-havening-touch, accompanied by some beautiful "iffamations" ("what if questions") to restore us back to ourselves. This is an evidence-based practice, proven to create delta waves in our brain, produce feel-good neurochemicals, and shift deep subconscious patterns. It's a simple, enjoyable practice that you can do for yourself and really benefit from.
