Hatha with Props for Strength and Mobility

We explore poses with the use of props focusing on mobility & strength. We look for accessible ways to work in poses and listen to the body's intuition. Useful props are: 2 blocks, a wall space, a strap, a blanket, a bolster/pillows, an armless chair, a tennis ball & light hand weights. I open the event 5 minutes before class starts, and we practice for a full hour.
