The Human Hour
With Sah D'Simone
This is a bi weekly gathering to be human together. A place to arrive with whatever you are carrying, grief, joy, numbness, longing, and be met in community. We practice presence not as an idea, but as a lived experience in the body, in the breath, and in relationship. Drawing from Buddhist wisdom, somatic practice, and lived experience, Sah D’Simone guides gentle, honest practices to feel, release, reflect, and remember what it means to be alive. This is not about fixing yourself or transcending your humanity. It is about learning to stay. We move, sit, feel, and listen together. Come as you are. Let yourself be held in practice and in community. Each session is different, but the intention is the same: to leave more connected, more grounded, and less alone.
