Lack of rest is a huge issue for most people! Join me in this Live session on practicing 'rest-fulness'. We will explore the types of rest - physical, mental, sensory, emotional, social, spiritual and creative and practice tools to rest in each of these states. I will then guide an open practice where you can choose the type of rest you need in the moment. As always, there will be lively and meaningful Q & A after the practice!
