This International Women's Day, let's prioritise ourselves!
Women often put their own needs last, so what better day to start changing that?
Do you struggle to say "no" and find yourself needing healthier boundaries with loved ones and colleagues?
Setting and honouring boundaries is key to expressing ourselves, saying no when necessary, establishing healthy limits, and respecting the boundaries of others.
This session will be a safe and supportive space for women to:
🌼 Discuss the importance of boundaries for women’s well-being and empowerment.
🌼 Examine the challenges women face in setting boundaries.
🌼 Share practical tips and techniques for establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries.
🌼 Explore the connection between boundaries and self-care.
This International Women’s Day, let’s honour our strength and resilience by learning to protect our time, energy, and emotional well-being through the power of healthy boundaries.
