Hi,

Lizzie is here.

Sometimes there are moments when we just need a short break from everything.

This is absolutely ok and I'm glad you found these minutes for yourself.

Wherever you are,

If it is possible and appropriate,

Take a comfortable position,

Sitting or standing.

And gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and a slow breath out.

As you exhale you can add a soft sigh of release.

Just take another deep breath in and a slow breath out.

Now bring your attention to the supporting surface under your body.

Maybe it is the floor under the feet or the chair surface under the pelvis.

Where does your body have a support now?

Gently notice the center line of your body.

It is usually the area from the crown of your head to your tailbone.

Notice any sensations on the left side of the body and on the right side.

Become aware of your back and the front side of the body.

Now gently bring your attention back to your center line.

Gently switch your awareness to the sensations in your forehead,

Eyes and lower jaw.

What would it be like to make them 1% more relaxed?

Notice any sensations in your belly.

What would it be like to make it 1% softer?

Now bring into your mind an image of a close person,

A child or perhaps a pet that always makes you smile.

Now I invite you to take a slow deep breath in and a slow letting it all go breath out.

Notice how you feel now.

Another deep conscious breathing and a slow breath out.

When you are ready gently open your eyes.

I hope this break helped you to get back to your own wholeness and inner harmony.

I wish you a delightful day and see you next time.
