As you take a little deeper breath down into your ankles.
Where your attention goes,
Energy flows.
Creative energy flows through every cell of your body,
And flowing through your ankles now.
Breathing in,
Inspiring down into the shins and calves,
And into your knees.
Breathing down again,
The inspiration flowing through you,
Into the upper legs now.
As the long muscles there,
Letting go.
Notice the legs that support and carry us.
You can really release any holdings now.
The energy there flows.
What you focus on,
You amplify.
Feeling the creative flow in your legs.
Again breathing in,
Down to the hips and pelvis.
The foundational seat,

And the breath flows also into the back of your body.
And the prana,
The chi,
Life force energy flowing back and forth along your spinal cord up to your brain and back down again.
Informing,
Inspiring.
Bringing messages from the body to the brain,
From the brain to the body.

It is being nurtured and nourished now.

Heart and head.
Conscious and subconscious.

And the breath flows too.

A portal there.
