One of the most common difficulties my clients share is the pressure they put on themselves to be "perfect" — to get it all done without worry or stress. Our to-do lists are ever-growing, it's no wonder we can feel burnt out. But what would happen if we let go of that pressure, we released perfectionism and we pivoted our thoughts into a kinder, yet still productive, mindset?
