Are you ready to have a great weekend?

This meditation is going to help set you up for success so you can complete that last day of work and go into your weekend feeling calm,

Relaxed,

And accomplished.

So when you're ready,

Find yourself in a comfortable position.

All those kinks out,

You could be laying down,

Sitting up,

Whatever works for you.

Take a deep breath in and on the exhale,

Close your eyes.

Begin by taking a deep breath in and honoring all that's coming up for you at this moment.

Any little stresses that may have risen this past week,

Just acknowledge them.

It's not to rehash them,

It's just to recognize that they happened.

Once you've identified what those were,

Say thank you to them.

Thank them for showing you just how strong and resilient you are,

That everything that came your way you handled,

And that you can handle anything that shows up for you in the future.

Now take a deep breath and let them go.

Take another deep breath in and exhale fully.

The air out and all of that behind you.

Continue to breathe naturally.

Think about how you want to show up for yourself today.

What feeling do you want to embody?

Happy,

Blessed,

Present.

Breathe that in.

Now ask yourself what you need to accomplish on this day so you can go into your weekend feeling relaxed and fulfilled.

Remember not everything has to get done,

Not everything will get done.

What you need to do is focus on what makes you feel calm and easy going into your weekend.

What are those things that need to be done?

Once you have settled in on what that is,

Visualize yourself actually completing it.

What steps are you taking to see that it's done?

See yourself working through it.

Smile knowing that you're doing this so you can have ease and joy this weekend.

Visualize yourself finishing it up,

Completing the last bits of the task.

Then once it's completed,

Close that laptop,

Put away the notebook,

Put away all of the supplies,

Put that work away.

Now take a deep breath in.

How does finishing that make you feel?

Plushed,

Relieved,

A feeling wash over you.

The top of your head,

Over your shoulders,

Over your legs,

Beneath your feet,

A plushment wash over you.

You wanted to show up for your day,

A feeling you chose to embody.

Now that you know how to tackle what you need to do today,

You've set yourself up to go into your weekend feeling at ease and accomplished.

You have the tools now.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale audibly.

Take another deep breath in.

Now slowly begin to bring yourself back into the room,

Ready to take on the day.

A wonderful end to your week and an even better weekend.

Wiggle your hands,

Move your feet,

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Have a great day.
