This is your invitation to slow down.

This meditation is for anyone who's ready to feel a little more grounded,

A little more present and a lot more like themselves.

You don't need to be in crisis mode to deserve calm.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause before we need to.

So,

Wherever you are,

In your car,

In your kitchen,

In a busy day or a quiet moment,

Let this be your gentle reset.

Let's breathe,

Let's soften,

Let's come home to ourselves.

Take a nice long slow inhale in through the nose,

And on the exhale close your eyes.

You've arrived at a moment that's just for you.

No need to change anything about how you feel.

You don't have to be stressed to deserve calm.

You're allowed to feel good and you're allowed to rest just because.

Take a moment here to just find the most comfortable position.

Whether you're sitting or lying down,

Let your hands rest gently.

Soften your belly.

Let your eyelids grow heavy and we're going to start with just some gentle breaths.

Inhale slowly through the nose and exhale softly through the mouth.

Inhale slowly in through that nose and exhale gently through the mouth.

Breathing in calm and breathing out any tension.

Breathing in peace and exhaling out ease.

Now just find your rhythm of your breath here,

However it's comfortable.

In through the nose and out through the nose.

But this is a moment for you,

So whatever feels good right now,

Just find that breath.

Now gently bring your attention to your body.

Feel the weight of yourself being held by the ground beneath you.

Notice your shoulders,

Can you soften them just a little?

Notice your jaw,

Allow it to unclench.

Notice your hands,

Let them relax.

Notice your belly,

Let it rise and fall with each breath.

You don't need to fix or force anything,

Just observe.

Let the breath guide you.

Let's settle into a calming breath here.

Inhale for the count of four and exhale for the count of six.

Let's do it together here.

Breathing in for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Now keep going at your own pace.

Now keep going at your own pace.

Let each breath out be a soft release.

You might even silently say,

I'm safe on the inhale and I let go on the exhale.

This breath is your anchor and you can return to it anytime.

Breathing in for four and out for six.

I am safe.

I let go.

I am safe.

Now breathe on your own and I will mind the time.

Release the counting here,

Release the affirmation and just breathe in and out here,

Reconnecting with that heartbeat and ask yourself gently,

What do I need more of today?

What do I need more of today?

And what can I offer myself right now?

What small thing or large thing,

Whatever it may be,

What can I offer myself right now?

There's no pressure to answer.

Sometimes you just need to listen to what you need.

Even just asking the question can be an act of self-care.

So take a moment here and just let anything that you may need right now come forward.

Is there anything else at all that you need?

Anything that will make you feel good and light you up?

Just let it come forward now.

Come back to your breath here and just bring forward a soft light surrounding you.

Warm,

Calming,

Protective.

Let that light melt into your body with each breath.

Let it surround you and as it does,

Remind you that peace is always within reach.

Even in the middle of a busy day,

Even in small moments like this,

You can surround yourself with light,

You can slow down and listen to what you need and you can breathe.

Now let's return to the breath,

A gentle inhale and a soft,

Steady exhale.

Place a hand over your heart if you'd like and silently repeat,

I am calm.

I am centered.

I am supported.

Now take a nice long,

Slow inhale in through the nose and slowly let that go.

Take a stretch,

Move your body gently,

Roll your shoulders back and carry this calm with you,

Not as something fragile,

But as something strong and steady inside you.

Take one more nice long,

Slow inhale in and on the exhale,

You can flutter your eyes open.

Thank you so much for meditating with me.

I hope you have a beautiful day.
