Good morning.
This is your gentle wake-up call to start your day with focus and clarity.
Sit or lie comfortably.
Take a moment to stretch out the sleep.
Reach up,
Take a deep breath in and then release it out the mouth and soften your shoulders and your lower jaw.
Soften your belly.
And just take a moment to check in.
Do you feel tired or energized today?
If the answer is tired,
Don't let it dictate the rest of your day.
Instead let your day be dictated by your mindset.
Let's set the intention to be present.
Present to your breath and present to mentally noting when your mind is wondered.
And we can keep it simple.
As soon as you notice your mind has become distracted,
Label it thinking and return to your breath.
Keep practicing this and it will dramatically improve your brain's ability to concentrate.
Begin with a calm and easy breath to settle the nervous system.
Notice the belly rising and falling.
Notice any habit energy residing and this may show up as physical tension such as in your shoulders,
Tension around your jaw or holding your belly tight or perhaps your energy is going to past or future thinking,
Then or there.
Settle in the present by attending to your breath and consciously softening where you feel the tension and labeling thinking when your mind wonders.
Breathe easy in and easy out.
Find a steady flow that works for you.
Notice if you're still holding on to anything.
Take a slow breath in and release it with a big sigh,
Letting it go.
Breathing in,
Breathing out and labeling thinking.
And the more you practice,
The quicker you become at noticing when the mind has wondered and the fast you return to attending to your breath or perhaps the task in hand.
Let us now focus on the day ahead.

I will focus fully on tasks with patience and awareness.
I will be fully present in my interactions with myself and others.
I will notice if any habit energy arises and how that influences my interactions.
I will also notice how other people's energy impacts me.

Breathe and observe with compassion,
Reminding myself to release whatever I'm holding on to and find space in the here and now.
Taking conscious pauses allows me to be more productive and face any challenges with ease.
I release attachment to the outcome of my actions today and instead will focus on the tasks in hand moment by moment.
If today doesn't go as planned,
That is okay.
Tomorrow is a new day.
Each day I have the opportunity to begin again.
Just allow those words to percolate.
Continue to observe your breathing.
And take this gentle,
