Welcome to this guided meditation called Walking,
Walking for Exercise.
We will be promoting the new habit of simply walking.
This one is one of my original hypnotic scripts to promote and stimulate us to do more walking to get physically fit.
So we need to access your subconscious and bypass the conscious mind.
Let's begin.
So in laying position right now,
Laying down in this room right now,
Taking a look if you please at the room you are in.
Allow the eyes to acknowledge the four walls,
Stretching that vision,
Looking in any order,
Left or right,
Back and forward.
That's right,
You are in this room right now and a place of safety and support.
Just taking now a nice deep breath and release and in this room allow the eyes to acknowledge the bay window and its curtains and holding that visual stare.
That's right,
In this room right now,
A place of safety and support.
Just taking a nice deep breath in and release and seeing how everything is real right now and you are here right now.
Then let's stretch those eyes down onto the face.
Maybe you can see your nose and continue down your body all the way down to the feet and when you are ready,
Taking a nice deep breath and close those eyes.
For we are going to connect to every word,
Feeling safe and supported.
Being aware,
Laying down,
Stretching the feet a little,
Cushioning you.
Being aware of the head resting on the pillow and adjusting into a comfortable resting position.
Yes it all comes naturally,
Fully supported,
Safe in this lovely room right now.
In a sense it's time to switch off from this room and centre yourself within.
You can hear your soft breathing and reach deep down for that powerful breath in and send waves of good relaxation to all of you.
You may wish to feel the fabric you are laid upon,
Knowing it is there for you to lay down on.
And although there is only so much time to be here right now,
You can explore the time in your wonderful imagination as time loses all meaning of minutes and hours and so on and so on.
Wouldn't it be wonderful for you to just switch off from ones busy life,
As if there was a switch available like a light switch,
Simplicity itself and all you had to do is switch it off just for you now,
So that you can truly relax.
Let's let those eyes relax too.
Closing the eyes,
Let them recharge themselves.
Breathing in that feeling of feeling better and if I were to count down from ten to one and each number took you a notch deeper into pure relaxation,
Just by listening to my voice.
One and two and three and four and five and six and seven and eight and nine and ten,
Dropping down to another level,
To a well deserved wonderful relaxation.
Feeling really good about going deeper,
Deeper within,
Feeling safe and supported,
All at the same time.
And the deeper you go within,
It's easy to connect to the positive you,
The healthy you.
Let's drop down another ten notches,
Here we go.
One and two and three and five and six and seven and eight and nine and ten,
All the way down now to your deepest state of relaxation.
Fully supported,
Safe,
Being healthy feels right,
Feels good and taking in new wonderful,
New suggestions on that healthy way,
New way of life.
Saying you would like to take up walking twice a week,
Both walks for at least one hour,
Fitting it in at the weekends,
Walking back to good health and you will find the right places suitable,
Safe and sensible.
Making sure you are dressed correctly and walking shoes on.
Your health is of importance to you and you are now a weekend walker.
Fully alert whilst walking,
Taking in good fresh air and the legs enjoy this exercise of walking.
Making a decision with whom you walk with to feel safe and supported.
Keeping yourself hydrated with water,
Reaping the rewards,
The benefits of walking at the weekends.
Making that commitment in this new healthy lifestyle.
You've always wanted to do it and now you have the time to fit it in.
Making sure the weather is appropriate and light enough for that invigorating walk of an hour.
The doctor highly recommends that you walk to improve your health and family are fully supporting you to get healthy through the natural exercise of walks.
Seeing the wonderful changes of how you feel.
Now I just want you to relax for a moment.
Knowing the future is also the healthy you and the rewards will begin to show in how you look and feel for you are committed and motivated.
Knowing the body is getting stronger in a natural way.
Fully aware this type of exercise is suitable for many people so it's suitable for you and you can enjoy the scenery,
Enjoy the fresh air and as the hour goes by you will reap these fantastic rewards.
The whole body will begin to show you how better you look,
How better you feel.
It's a wonderful way to bring balance to the mind and body.
Now to count you up to a lighter trance.
Counting up now from 10 to 1 here we go.
1 and 2 and 3 and 4.
5 and 6 and 7 and 8.
9 and 10.
Breathing into a lighter trance and aware how much you like walking.
The idea and action of walking.
Still what a wonderful way to commit to getting fit.
Breathing in and send some new energy,
Flow it down to the legs.
Safe and supported.
And counting you to another level of lighter trance still.
Counting up from 10 here we go.
1 and 2 and 3 and 4.
5 and 6 and 7 and 8 and 9 and 10.
Breathing in and send again some new energy,
Flow down to the legs again.
Focused on some energising breaths.
Breathe deep into the tummy.
Let's re-energise feeling good and healthy.
Breathing in,
Sending some lovely energy into the feet.
And finally breathing some lovely energy into the face,
The head.
Ready now to count you up to 4 to awaken back into this room.
Here we go.
