Mind Meditation I couldn't resist doing a meditation that focuses on the head as a physical thing and recognizing how much it does do and needs a bit of a pamper.

Also touching on mental wellbeing.

Being aware we do have to look after it.

For example boredom needs its opposite.

And our minds are capable of such beautiful things.

After all we are creators.

A meditation to blow your mind.

To recharge the mind.

Cleanse it and keep it healthy for a long happy life.

Begin now laying down.

Stretch a little,

Get physically comfortable.

Notice how you physically feel right now in this moment.

Focus on the energy of love and send it to places of discomfort.

Just as if you were offering that love to someone else.

That unconditional love.

Again this is a mind meditation.

Let's continue.

Now place your hands as easily as possible next to your head.

To begin some simple head massaging.

Start working your breath,

Exercising the physical breath.

Take in powerful breaths in.

Release the breath slowly and fully.

Allow the fingers and thumbs to touch the head any way you feel is right.

Allow the fingers to stroke the face and soothe all facial muscles.

Stroke the hair like you were petting your favourite cat or dog.

That's right we are giving love to the head that is the home to our minds.

Love being kind to yourself.

To everything.

Kind to your world.

Your aura right now.

Start to breathe in the word love and breathe out the word love.

Feel peace and harmony love brings.

Feel the true power of your breath.

Continue to touch the head and face.

Start for a moment and think about your eyes for seeing.

Touch your eye area.

Think about the nose for scent.

Touch the nose.

Think about the mouth.

Touch the nose.

Touch the lips.

All these senses together now.

See how important it is to regularly cleanse and energise them and the mind that shows us but often controls us and how strong willed we can be when the heart is fully connected and communicating as one.

And recognising fear,

Criticism,

Worry are negative based and limit you.

Remember as a tiny child how our minds were like sponges.

Taking information in.

Some is correct but maybe some is not.

Allow change as life is all about change.

Encourage that child mind to be curious and keep learning but as an adult with wisdom.

Learning,

Focusing on the good things and discard the bad things as mere energies passing you by.

Also accepting people as they are.

Not reacting to their negativity.

Only observe and release.

Learn to release unwanted emotions on the out breath with these words.

I have felt this and I now release it free on my out breath.

Riddle pains,

Emotions,

Stress and regret.

All negative cycles.

Give it permission to be released and claim back your power of love.

The energy on all good things.

And how special our eyes are.

The window to our soul.

And see beyond first look at one another.

The benefits of laughter that shield you from strong negativity and brings in the angels of light and joy.

Let's get creative right now and imagine we can wash the inside of our minds,

Our heads.

Imagine clean water.

Full of fairy bubbles.

And it begins to wash off any stagnant dirt or dust.

Any stale smells off all your brain cells.

Cleansing at a quantum level all living cells.

And then imagine your in breath of new oxygen and love and light into the brain cells to make them sparkle.

Light up the mind and crown.

Thinking celebrate our imagination,

Our creativity.

Learn to heal our minds and create balance with the heart that holds the love.

Recognise life can be long so we need to support ourselves in a kind way.

Such as having weekly Indian head massages to keep the hair healthy.

So many benefits.

Looking better,

Feeling better.

The whole body loves it and is a massive stress releaser.

Also having facials,

Its therapeutic qualities.

Physically pushing stress lines away.

Calming the facial expressions and re-energising you,

Beautifying you.

And the power of having regular mini meditations to simply recharge oneself to strengthen the mind for you and your life's journey.

With the deep inner guidance meditation offers.

And is also a youth beauty tonic known as the Buddha's face of serenity.

And the heart's connection to the mind with intuition listening to the positives,

Those eureka moments.

Celebrate how we can have a beautiful mind.

Notice mind energy against physical energy.

The benefits of exercise.

A healthy body versus a healthy mind.

Sharpen the mind.

Imagine being a genius.

Using the memory for only positive things in life.

Learning and remembering.

Imagine having a photographic memory.

The gift of mind reading telepathy.

The enjoyment of like minded people.

Friendships like a mind a contract.

Knowing in life when to separate drama from reality.

Its soul destroying.

A vicious circle taking you nowhere.

Keeping positive is the best thing you can do.

Take a good cleansing breath in now.

And imagine a never ending sparkling diamond pulsating at the centre of the mind inside the head.

Take another cleansing breath in.

Now imagine matching that light with a beautifully fresh polished halo.

A glowing white light.

And see that light around the crown of the mind.

Breathe in again now and imagine connecting your gods love,

Spiritual love,

Our family ancestors love,

Our connection.

Now be aware at the top of the head its spiritual light.

A constant access to wisdom and to guidance.

Feel a part,

A belonging connected as one.

This is your beautiful mind.

Now we are going to do three short breaths in and out.

And we are going to wake suddenly.

Now and feel very much on a high and feel for the first time very awake.
