Acknowledge heavy feelings that may stem from concerns for others as much as for yourself and then lifting them. When those feelings and thoughts get to the point you feel stagnant in life can be examined and removed so that you may get back to flowing your life. Coming back to a state of happiness connects you to being in touch with your unique self being alive and well.

Welcome to this guided meditation.

Cold,

I feel heavy but I want to feel light again.

Let's begin.

Let's stand please.

Standing now,

With grounded feet.

In a sense,

Standing in your power.

Be aware of your breath.

Now please hold,

Hold that breath for 8 seconds now.

Breathe in the acknowledgement of heavy feelings,

Asking to be set free.

For if it is heavy,

It is stagnant energy.

First to acknowledge somewhere inside of me is a drag of those heavy feelings.

I have choices,

The power of choice.

To acknowledge them but to lift,

Lift them up and high and drift them away.

So I can then begin to flow,

To be me and to flow like all healthy things flow,

Positively and naturally.

To live my life by doing all things that has my name on.

Focus,

Focus now on your right hand by your side.

As if holding some heavy thoughts and feelings.

Then take one step forward with the right foot.

Then slowly now raise the right hand,

Slowly raising that hand above the head.

And send those heavy energies far away,

Higher and higher.

Watch and focus on them leaving you disconnected from it all.

Focus one more time.

To choose now to place both hands softly on your heart area and breathe in your positive beating loving heart.

Begin to gently massage the heart by moving in soft circles.

Breathing in your energy of life.

Soft massaging circles on the heart.

And all the things you love to do and be.

Ready to flow my unique self in my daily life.

And connect to this day,

My day with my name on it.

And then bring the hands into a soft hand prayer position.

Hold the breath for 8 seconds now.

Breathe into flowing my self.

To flow is my reward.

And then open the hands wide and flat,

Fully open.

Connecting once more to openness and goodness.

Breathing into positivity and assertiveness.

And finally interlock all the fingers into both hands.

Squeezing tightly into a loving hug.

And connect to my personal energies.

My right to be fully alive and well.

Feel the heart saying thank you.

Listen to the heart saying thank you.

And opening its petals naturally.

Growing and growing into a beautiful flower heart.

Sense its beauty,

Its divine strength.

Its loving playfulness and nurturing and self kindness.

Connected once more to my high lifting positivity.

Flowing through me and with me forwards.

This day has my name on it.

So I welcome being spontaneous,

Being assertive,

Happiness and the rewards of being positive with myself and being alive and well.

That my heart is happy and light.

Breathe in fully lifted.

Hold the breath for 8 seconds now.

Breathe lifted.
