Start by placing your hand on your belly and feeling a full in-breath and a full out-breath.
And now just observe the feeling of your breath.
Is it slow?
Light?

Let it be as it is.
Let you be as you are.

Learning to be with each breath and each moment as it is.
Feeling the gift of your life with the in-breath and the out-breath.
Gather the warm energy of your breath into your belly.
Let it expand and grow in this part of the body,
Providing a healing,
Soothing,
And healing experience.
Reducing energy to the abdominal area.
Feel the containment and safety of the belly,
Your capacity to contain any emotions and the breath in this place.
And now letting the warm ball of energy in the belly move outwards towards the chest.
Allow your attention to rest there.
As you feel the movement of the breath in the region of the chest,
Notice the movement of your lungs.
Notice your ability to feel the life and miracle of each breath.
And now bringing your attention and the warm energy into your heart.
Detect any emotional tone in the region of your heart and let it be.
Let each breath you take nourish and nurture the heart.
See if you can feel or detect your heartbeat,
Your very own rhythm and pace.
Take some time to acknowledge the capacity of your heart for care.
Care firstly for yourself and your body.
Care for those around you.
Care for those around you.
You might also take time to notice the capacity of your heart for gratitude.
Gratitude for this moment.
Gratitude for whatever is already in your life.
And now moving the attention and awareness into the throat and neck.
Checking into what needs to be expressed today.
What is being held back?
What is the truth that is inside you?
In some traditions the throat is the place where we honour our destiny and the wisdom of our journey in this world.
Even when it doesn't look the way we think it should,
The soul knows the path.
Letting the warmth and the attention move now from the neck into the arms,
The elbows,
The wrists,
The hands and just letting be.
Practising the art of letting go.
You might notice any thoughts that arise and consciously practise being present in the body.
Feeling into the arms.
Noticing perhaps their ability to contain,
Hold and nurture.
And now moving that warmth and that attention into the face.
Letting the face rest with kind awareness.
And then letting the warmth move into the region of the head.
Allow it to expand and expand.
And now moving the attention into the region of the head.
Allow it to wash away worries,
Concerns,
Stories in the mind.
If you catch any thoughts or stories that arise in the mind,
Notice if they are positive,
Negative or neutral.
Are they nourishing or harsh?
Allow yourself to just observe those thoughts and stories as they come and go.
Allow yourself to sense the miracle of the sensations on the skin of your face and let your expression rest.
And now letting your attention dwell in the region of your ears.
Listening to the sounds around you with curiosity.
Receiving the miracle of each sound and the miracle of being alive to sound.
Noticing perhaps your ability to listen outwards but also to listen deeply to your own inner wisdom.
And now moving your attention into the pelvic region.
You can start to fill this area with warmth.
No matter what this part of the body has or is experiencing,
Can you send it warmth,
Love,
Gratitude?
Can you envelop it with kindness,
Peace?
Healing with each breath.
And now directing that awareness and attention down into the legs,
The thighs,
Knees,
Calves.
Acknowledging your ability to hold yourself upright even in difficult times.
And as you settle your attention down now into the region of your feet,
You might want to sense the soles of the feet,
The toes of the feet,
And the capacity of your feet to hold you steady.
And now feeling the whole of your body lying here,
Breathing.
Acknowledging what is whole,
What is right,
What is complete within you.
Feeling the warmth and the kind attention in each and every cell of your body.
You might like to now affirm an intention to care for yourself and your body.
And now,
If you like,
Redirecting your attention into the region of your heart.
And you can invite a new soul to come into your life in its own way and in its right time.
Trust that you have the heart,
Mind and strength to care for this life.
And then surrender just into being in this moment,
Knowing things will unfold as they should.
Feeling the warmth in and around your body.
If it works for you,
Trust that there is a support for you,
Either around you or on many different realms.
Feel yourself being surrounded by those who love you,
Either visible or invisible.
And bringing deep acceptance for yourself.
As you feel your heart,
Thank your body for being your ally,
Companion and for all it does for you.
And set the intention to hold this safe,
Warm space inside of you any time of the day when you become aware.
Trusting your ability to return to your own inner peace at any time during the day by feeling your breath steady in your body.
Saluting your own courage and resourcefulness.
Trusting that if there is a soul to be placed in your keeping,
