Please join me for this short meditation practice focused on connecting you to your inner peace and stillness. We begin the practice with 3- part breath, inviting the breath to expand within the body and to relax and release on exhalation. We progress the practice to a sequenced breath pattern finding an even inhalation to exhalation with pauses between each. These suspended holds allow you to rekindle your inner stillness and peace.
