The practice of pranic alignment brings harmony and wholeness to the energy in your body.

For our practice,

I invite you to be in a way where you can feel the earth beneath you,

Either standing,

Seated,

Or lying down.

Take your time to find a position that works for your body,

Perhaps sitting on something soft and cushiony,

Or even being barefoot.

As you start to arrive in a position that feels supportive for your practice,

You may choose to close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Begin to notice your body breathing,

Perhaps the breath at the tips of the nostrils.

You notice the temperature of the air on the inhale and on the exhale.

You may notice the rise and fall of your chest or the expansion of the belly and the drawing back towards the center of the navel.

With each exhale,

Allow the body to soften one or two percent more and transfer more of your weight down towards the earth.

You may experience the feeling of being held,

Of being supported by the earth underneath of you.

You can bring your awareness down to the base of your spine.

On your inhale,

Your awareness will move up the front body to a space 12 inches above the crown of your head.

On the exhale,

The awareness will move down the front body to the base of the spine.

On the inhale,

The awareness moves up the front body,

Front of the pelvis,

Front of the navel,

Front of the heart,

Front of the throat,

Front of the forehead,

To a space 12 inches above the crown of your head.

On the exhale,

The awareness moves down the front body,

Front of the forehead,

Front of the throat,

Front of the heart,

Front of the navel,

Front of the pelvis,

To the base of the spine.

On your inhale,

The awareness moves up the front body,

On the exhale,

The front of the heart,

Front of the navel,

Front of the pelvis,

On the exhale,

Moves back down to the base of the spine.

Continue breathing with your awareness,

Moving up and down the front body a few more times at your own pace.

The breath becomes smooth,

Even,

And full of ease.

As your awareness comes back to the base of the spine,

You can relax and relax.

As your awareness comes back to the base of the spine,

You can rest your awareness there.

On the inhale,

The awareness moves up the back body,

Back of the pelvis,

Back of the navel,

Back of the heart,

Back of the throat,

Back of the head,

To a space 12 inches above the crown of your head.

On the exhale,

The awareness moves down the back body,

Back of the head,

Back of the throat,

Back of the heart,

Back of the navel,

Back of the pelvis,

To the base of the spine.

On the inhale,

The awareness moves up the back body to the space 12 inches above the crown of your head.

On the exhale,

The awareness moves down the back body to the base of the spine.

Continue breathing with your awareness,

Moving in this direction for a few more breaths at your own pace.

The breath is smooth,

Even,

And full of ease.

As the awareness comes down to the base of the spine,

You can rest your awareness there.

Inhaling up the front body to 12 inches above the crown of the head,

Exhaling down the back body to the base of the spine.

Moving in this direction for a few breaths.

The breath is smooth,

Even,

And full of ease.

Your awareness moves to the base of the spine,

Can rest your awareness there.

The awareness moves up the back body to the space 12 inches above the crown of your head.

On the exhale,

The awareness moves down the front body to the base of the spine.

Inhaling up the back body,

Exhaling down the front body.

The breath is smooth,

Even,

And full of ease.

When you are ready,

Your next exhale will bring the awareness to the base of the spine.

Sense the whole body cocooned in the healing energy surrounding you,

As created through the breath.

Nourishing,

Balancing energy.

Sensing this energy all around you.

When you are ready to finish your practice,

You can begin to notice the earth beneath you.

You may notice any sounds in your space or surrounding your space.

You may notice the temperature of the air on your skin.

You can bring one hand to the heart and the other hand on top of that hand,

Touching into this compassionate center,

This place of love.

Take a deep breath in and exhale to give it back.

Thank you for practicing with me and take care.
