Rather than "weightloss", this meditation focuses on the bodies ability to grow stronger, leaner and lighter everyday. Ideally to be listened to as you head off to sleep. Trust in your bodys innate ability to self-heal, and to remember the healthy blueprint that you were created with.

Stronger,

Leaner,

Lighter me by J.

Kelly This is the end of the day recording to listen to before sleep.

Take a moment or two to make yourself comfortable,

Ideally with your back and neck straight and aligned,

And your arms and legs supported and resting.

I'll be quiet for a moment as you make any adjustments.

Take your attention inward,

Paying attention to the comfort of your physical body.

First of all,

We are going to work on our breath,

Because how you breathe is so important.

Take notice of how deep your breath is going,

How much do you expand and actually fill your lungs.

Are you breathing through your mouth or your nose?

I'd like you to focus on breathing through your nose now.

So gently closing your mouth,

Relaxing your jaw,

Allowing the tongue to take its natural rested,

Relaxed position in your mouth,

Releasing the tension.

Notice a cool breath entering the nostrils.

Notice the slightly warmer breath leave the nostrils.

Notice a cool breath entering,

And a slightly warmer breath leaving.

I'd like to invite you to take your breath in,

In three intentional sections.

First,

Fill the upper part of your chest,

Allowing your chest to expand.

Second,

Fill your entire rib cage,

Allowing your ribs to expand and open.

And third,

Fill your abdomen with your breath,

Allowing the abdomen to be free,

Expanded and full of air.

Then as you release the out breath,

You will release in three also.

First,

Release the upper chest breath.

Second,

Release the rib cage breath.

Third,

Release the abdomen breath.

We're going to repeat this breath practice frequently until it becomes second nature to use the whole of your lung capacity again.

So again,

Breathing in three intentional sections.

First,

Fill the upper part of your chest,

Allowing your chest to expand.

Next,

Fill your entire rib cage,

Allowing your ribs to expand and open.

Finally,

Fill the abdomen with your breath,

Allowing the abdomen to be free and full of air.

And as you breathe out,

Releasing three.

Release the upper chest breath.

Release the rib cage breath.

Release the abdomen breath with a little more effort to see if you can release further,

Shifting and clearing all of the stagnant air that may have been dwelling deep in your lungs.

Do this a few more times,

And with each breath you notice how much easier it is to really bathe your body with oxygen and how great it feels to really clear out the lungs with each intentional out-breath.

Now allow your breathing to settle into a nice,

Natural pace as you bring your focus to a beautiful,

Bright light in the center of your heart.

With each in-breath,

White light is drawn in through the crown of your head,

And with each out-breath,

The light expands further,

Growing bigger and brighter with complete ease.

Notice how this light expands further than your physical body,

Protecting all of you in this great bubble of loving light.

And with each breath you relax deeper and deeper as I talk you through how incredible your mind is.

Each breath is part of being kind to you,

Being kind to your body.

You only get to use this body for a short time in the grand scheme of things.

Let's make it work better for you by being kinder to it,

Remembering to nourish it,

Nourishing it with every breath you take,

With every drink of water or herbal tea you drink,

With wholesome and nourishing foods,

With exercise that suits your body and its needs,

And very importantly,

With sleep.

Healthy sleeping habits allow your body to rejuvenate and repair.

You naturally begin to make the choice to drink more clean,

Fresh water,

To plan and prepare wholesome meals,

Noticing that you have been given enough to eat,

To plan and prepare wholesome meals,

Noticing that you have no desire for unnecessary snacking in the day,

Neither in the evening.

Preparing yourself for bed by making sure you are nicely hydrated in the early evening.

This becomes your priority.

No longer noticing any cravings as the fresh water just washes those away and your body finds its natural balance.

I wonder when you will first notice that these changes have already started happening.

Upon times when a snack is offered or within reach,

It feels so empowering to just say no.

No thanks,

It's not kind to my body,

I'll leave it.

It doesn't take long for you to notice how much more appropriate portion sizes are.

When you nourish your body with more clean water and healthy wholesome foods,

It's no longer starving of what it needs.

Your body has been calling to you for a while now and now you finally hear it clearly.

Consciously and subconsciously,

You hear the calls for nourishment of a different kind.

Water,

Herbs,

Plant-based foods,

Wholesome foods and smaller portions of that.

Your stomach amends accordingly and easily.

You pay attention to your body's call for deep rest at an earlier bedtime,

Switching off the white lights earlier and earlier.

Noticing your use of time becomes more efficient and this makes life so much easier to manage.

It's amazing how time goes by so quickly.

How you suddenly appear to have more time to get things done in the daylight hours.

Amazing how going to bed earlier in the evening allows for deep rest.

And more time in the morning to get up refreshed,

Stretch and move in the way your body naturally wants you to.

It's amazing how your body knows and remembers its natural healthy blueprint.

And now that you realize this,

You can move on to the next step.

Your natural healthy blueprint.

And now that you realize this,

You,

Your conscious mind,

Your subconscious mind,

Your emotional body,

Your physical body,

Your spiritual body,

Are all on board to allow it to happily and effortlessly restore the healthy blueprint,

Your natural balance.

It is safe to be lean and lighter.

It is safe and perfectly good to feel sexy.

This is an animal instinct to want to look the best you.

You are safe.

You are balanced.

You are enough.

You are enough.

You are strong.

You are lean.

You are healthy.

You are lighter.

You are intuitive.

You are happy.

You are balanced.

You are incredible.

You are clear headed and insightful.

And I want you to repeat these.

I am strong.

I am lean.

I am healthy.

I am lighter.

I am intuitive.

I am happy.

I am balanced.

I am incredible.

I am clear headed and insightful.

I am enough.

I want you to imagine being in a beautifully furnished room.

It's bright and light.

It's a room you are so comfortable in.

You are happy to spend time in here.

It's private and safe.

You notice a beautiful full length mirror across the room.

And you know that the image you are about to see is the ideal you.

And I want you to conjure up the image of what the ideal you looks like.

Maybe you once looked like this.

Maybe you can't wait to regain that stronger,

Leaner and lighter version of you.

Maybe you are reinventing a new you.

This is equally wonderful.

You can do this as many have before you.

This is your time.

So I want you to look into the mirror and see the ideal you.

What do you look like?

Take a look at your feet first if you need to.

Moving up.

Noticing all of the amazing features of your body.

Your stronger,

Leaner,

Lighter body.

You look at yourself and repeat these words again.

I am strong.

I am lean.

I am healthy.

I am lighter.

I am intuitive.

I am happy.

I am balanced.

I am incredible.

I am clear headed and insightful.

I am enough.

I make the perfect food choices.

I listen to my body's nutritional needs.

I hear my body's cry for water.

I listen and I take action.

I enjoy noticing all of the small changes that occur in my body.

I grow stronger,

Leaner and lighter by the day.

Any unnecessary body fat just melts away.

Melts away easily with no bother.

I release any emotional reason that has previously been a trigger or a blockage.

I breathe out any triggers or blockages as colour.

I wonder what that colour is.

Blow that colour out.

I breathe in strength,

Willpower and motivation.

I wonder what colour that is.

I breathe in that colour.

Continue the cycle of coloured breaths for a minute,

Knowing that the old and wanted habits can be gone so easily and new healthier behaviours and routines can take their place.

Looking in the mirror again you repeat these words as you admire your ideal body.

I am strong.

I am lean.

I am healthy.

I am lighter.

I am intuitive.

I am happy.

I am balanced.

I am incredible.

I am clear headed and insightful.

Repeat this recording each evening for as long as you need to.

Listening just once makes an immediate difference.

And listening repeatedly reinforces the new you.

Though I do wonder when it is that you will notice that the changes have already happened.

The healthier,

Leaner,

Lighter,

Stronger you.

Keep noticing what has changed for the better.

Keep on noticing how these little shifts all accumulate and before you know it you are already leaner and you are already lighter and you are already stronger.

Physically,

Mentally,

Emotionally and spiritually.

Trusting that your body knows how to make the amendments to fix your systems to be in perfect balance for the healthy you.

Your endocrine system is the most amazing communication system and it is amazing how it can correct any current faults.

Your adrenals know exactly how to create the perfect amount of cortisol.

The hypothalamus knows exactly how to signal for its release at all the times when it is needed.

You have the perfect feedback loop.

It keeps your body in perfect balance in all systems of your mind and your body.

And now as you drift off into a deeper sleep you are happy knowing that your mind takes care of all of this even if you don't remember it.

You fall into a deep and wonderful rejuvenating sleep where when the time comes that you must wake up you will do so feeling refreshed,

Relaxed and motivated,

Strong and calm.
