The Rose is a symbol of the Devine Feminine. Its petals invite us to soften and open our Hearts. This guided meditation serves as a sacred gateway into our own divine feminine principle as well an opportunity to open the Heart from a space of unconditional love and purity.

The Rose is a symbol of the divine feminine.

It holds the essence and energy of the Magdalene consciousness.

It is a symbol of unconditional love,

Beauty,

And purity.

It connects us to the Goddess and the sacred doorway into the heart.

Its petals remind us to soften and to allow ourselves to return to the sacred space within.

We are going to take a journey into the Rose.

Sit comfortably.

Ensure that your spine is straight and that you will not be disturbed.

Breathe in for three counts and breathe out for five.

Do this for the next few minutes.

Sitting in for three and out for five.

Continuing to breathe.

If you haven't got your eyes closed already,

I invite you to close your eyes.

I invite you to imagine that you are in a sacred room.

Imagine the space however it comes up in your vision,

In the feelings from your heart.

Feel yourself in the sacred room.

And then I want you to walk towards the center of the room where you are going to look downwards to see that there is a door and you are going to open the door.

And as you open the door,

You notice that there is a spiral staircase going down into a sacred chamber.

You start walking down the spiral staircase into the sacred chamber.

And as you step into the space,

You smell all these beautiful fragrances.

They are rose petals on the floor.

And observe what do you see in the sacred chamber.

Take a walk around.

Allow yourself to take all of it in.

You notice a table with a beautiful bouquet of roses.

You walk towards it and you pick one rose.

I invite you to find a comfortable space in the sacred chamber for you to sit and connect with this rose.

As you look at the rose,

Give permission to the rose to see you.

Give permission to this rose to see you.

Notice the colors,

The petals,

And the texture of this rose.

Notice how it makes you feel.

Ask this rose to work with you,

To support you.

And now I invite you to merge with this rose.

See,

Feel,

Imagine that you and the rose are becoming one.

Notice if there are any movements that want to be expressed here.

Imagine what the rose smells like and feel the smell permeating through your entire being.

Now start to feel your heart open.

First,

Connecting with the front of the heart.

Feel it expanding and opening.

And now inviting the back of the heart to open.

And then dropping into the sacred space within the heart.

Fall in to your heart and see the rose there with you.

See the rose there with you.

Allow the sweetness of the rose to envelop you.

And take this time to call in the energy of gentleness and unconditional love.

Thank the rose.

Acknowledge your heart and when you are ready,

Opening your eyes.

Much love.
