Allow yourself to settle in the space that you're in.

In the lying flat on the floor,

Sitting upright.

Feel yourself firmly grounded on the floor beneath you.

As you allow your body to rest,

Gently close your eyes.

Allow yourself to just arrive in the space.

Feel the ground below you and know that this is here to protect you and hold you.

Imagine yourself rooting into the ground.

Release into that embrace.

As you start to release tension with each breath,

Allowing your body to become more rested with every breath you take.

Begin to turn your focus inwards onto your breath and notice that flow of breath moving in through your body,

Filling all of your cells with oxygen.

Every breath you are healing parts of your body.

Allow that breath to fill you up.

And as you exhale,

Just start to release any tension you're holding onto.

Begin to deepen your breath.

Long inhales,

Long exhales out.

And with those deep inhales,

Just start to hear yourself.

Start to connect to feelings within the body.

Start to observe your thoughts.

Allow yourself to be pure presence of everything you are coming to this meditation with today.

You don't need to fix anything.

You don't need to be anything.

Just yourself,

Exactly as you are.

Allow yourself to begin shedding all of the things that you think you should be doing right now.

Can you take yourself deeper underneath all of the layers,

All of the labels and narratives that you've placed on yourself?

Can you start to see your true self beneath all of that?

Can you become more receptive to your inner self,

Your true soul?

Can you remember a time when you felt your most authentic self?

Can you bring her to mind now?

Can you see her in your mind's eye?

Can you remember when you began to lose your connection to her,

That pure soul in her truest form,

In her most unapologetic,

Authentic being?

Take yourself there now.

Allow her to be in front of you right now.

Allow yourself to see who you were before you forgot,

Before you became distracted with all of the other things you thought you needed to be.

That you in front of you right now is exactly who you are supposed to be.

She is exactly as you were born to be.

She is your truest,

Purest self.

The one who has all of the answers.

The one who holds all of your joy.

The one who has all of the wisdom for you.

You are safe to embrace that dear soul,

To re-embrace your truest nature.

What is stopping you?

Why do you feel that it is not safe to be that person?

Why is it not safe for you to embrace everything that you are?

Nothing is wrong.

Nothing is incorrect.

Everything she holds,

Everything that she is,

Is exactly right and exactly as it should be.

Can you embrace her?

Can you hold her with you as you step back into the world,

As you step back into all of those labels,

All of those narratives?

Can you hold her with you?

Can you embrace her wisdom?

Can you embrace her love,

Her joy,

Her passion?

Can you allow yourself to be a little bit more of yourself?

As you lie and breathe,

I want you to hear these words and these affirmations.

Repeat them to yourself in your mind.

I am safe to be me.

I am exactly as I should be.

I abandon all shame and resistance of being myself.

I will allow myself to stand strong in my true nature.

I will allow myself to be seen.

I am free to be myself in true authenticity.

I embrace every part of myself with love.

I see the value in everything I have to offer.

I feel deep compassion for every part of myself.

I am here to be me.

I am safe to be me.

Continue to breathe.

Continue to hold that vision of yourself.

Hold her in true love.

Embrace her for all that she is.

You are worthy of being yourself.

You deserve to be yourself.

Your love deserves to be seen.

As you begin to allow your breath to return to normal and you prepare yourself to come back into the space you are in,

Just ask yourself,

Am I willing to embrace more of me?

Hold that vision of yourself with you and come back to her whenever you need a little reminder of who you are.

Start to allow yourself to hear whatever you can hear around you as you come back into the space.

Start to notice what you can smell,

What you can feel.

And as you gently start to move your body,

You can flutter your eyes open and allow yourself to come back to your day.
