Let us begin by finding a posture of nobility and dignity.

As you become still and comfortable,

Slowly close your eyes.

Take this moment to settle your attention now onto your beating heart.

Notice the movement within it,

The blood flowing through these darker spaces.

Now with you as your loving awareness move towards it,

This faint drumbeat,

Feel its magnetizing pull like a mother and a child honing into each other's presence.

Follow the call of your maker now and let this rhythmic beat guide you deeper inside of yourself.

She is there ready and waiting for you,

Calling for you.

Through the roar of this drum is her voice.

See and feel how her bellow alchemizes liquid into smoke.

As your blood smolders that which you are no longer willing to carry,

She is blazing within you.

Can you embody her warmth,

Her heart,

Her ardency,

Her fearty that destroys ignorance,

Burns through the framework of illusion.

For she is that who carries you on the path of your true liberation.

And now shift your attention to the top of your head.

Become curious to allow your attention to melt down the back,

Both sides and the front of your face.

Feel your attention circulate around the hair on your head,

Any emotion or expression on your face and then move your awareness down past the channel of your neck.

With your neck and your head begin to feel into what these two parts are saying.

Have your breath to introduce movement in these areas.

Reflection,

Extension,

Shearing actions all come into play.

With your eyes closed,

Experience this part of your body effortlessly,

Openly now.

And then shift your awareness to both shoulders.

Feel into the weight of the bones on both left and right side of the shoulder girdle.

Notice the chest and the upper back and how they respond and communicate with these two parts.

Notice the different ways in which you can move this whole part of your body.

Left and right shoulder,

Neck and whole head come online together.

Allow any emotions of shame,

Fear,

Embarrassment to be a part of your movement because they are just as valid as our desired openness.

Now let your awareness ripple into both channels of the arms right to your fingertips and the fringe of your fingernails.

Sense what it feels like to grasp and to let go.

Sense and understand the spaces between each part,

Each finger,

Each bone.

Notice the relationship between your arms and the upper body.

Now let your awareness drip down past the waistline,

Beneath your navel into the pelvis,

The pelvic girdle.

Begin to sense the breath,

This whole part of the body.

Now let's compare into how it wants to move right now.

Notice how these movements within the pelvis,

The hips,

Catalyze other movements in other areas of the body.

Your pelvis is grounded and rooted into the earth energetically.

And so as we move,

Sense your connection to the floor,

The surface below your feet supports you.

And experience the ethereal connection from the pelvic girdle all the way past the crown of the heavens.

Swirling,

Spiraling,

Staccato within the whole lower body.

Swinging,

Swaying,

Swinging,

Stopping.

And then finally,

Drip your awareness down to your legs.

Feel the right,

Whole portal of the leg all the way down to your foundation.

Acknowledge how these two parts dictate how you walk and move and relate to your external world.

Just like the waves on the surface of the ocean allow this rhythmic movement now to envelop your awareness.

Let yourself be swept away by this internal rhythm.

Bring in your lower legs,

Feet,

Legs,

Upper thighs.

Acknowledge how the hips connect to your lower limbs.

Spiral your energy around the waist up into the whole case of the ribs and branch out into the wings of your arms and fingertips.

Allow your movement to be methodical as you allow for the neck and the whole head to participate.

Follow with how you feel and embody this internal felt sense.

What would happen if you lost control?

What would occur if the inner fires were to billow into deep smoke?

Enjoying the breath as a catalyst to your movement.

Experience the heat and perhaps the courage in allowing for the smoke to exhale out through the body.

Your head,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Torso,

Arms and legs are all online.

Good,

And now begin back at the crown and start to slow this electricity down.

Dim the switch of your internal dialogue and just start to slow the movement.

From the crown of your head all the way down part by part to the tips of your toes,

Sense the difference in this internal landscape.

What does it feel like now?

Feel your internal fire still burning bright yet develop the capacity to cradle it with a sense of compassionate discernment.

There's a difference.

Water and water,

Movement to stillness,

Anger to contentment.

Slowly continue to shift back towards this natural state of stillness.

Let each mechanism quiet down until you sit and rest back into the state where you began.

You may be in the same physical shape yet everything has shifted.

You feel into the shift.

You may be in the same physical shape yet everything has shifted.

You may be in the same physical shape yet everything has shifted.

You may be in the same physical shape yet everything has shifted.

You may be in the same physical shape yet everything has shifted.

You may be in the same physical shape yet everything has shifted.
