Hello my love,

If you have landed here,

You are probably in a season of life that feels particularly overwhelming,

Or like it's all just a little too much right now.

This tapping ritual is your pause,

It is your space to slow down,

To find the ease and calm that exists somewhere within you already,

And to come home to yourself.

I will guide you through this beautiful,

Easeful tapping ritual my love,

To help your body soften and your mind quiet,

So that you can find that peace of calm within yourself,

And feel the reprieve that this ritual gently holds you in.

If you are new to tapping,

I will be guiding you through which point to tap on as you repeat after me,

Or you can tap through them at your own pace and rhythm,

Whatever feels best to you.

You can also listen to my track called What is EFT Tapping and How It Works,

To learn the nine points and how to tap through them.

Alright my beautiful friend,

We are going to begin by tapping on the side of hand point.

You will be tapping here on this point until I guide you to move on.

So really allow yourself to slow down here,

Tapping here,

And breathing here,

As you repeat after me.

In the chaotic overwhelm of life,

I turn to my breath,

And it gently guides me back home to myself.

I breathe in slowly.

Beautiful my love,

And do that inhale after speaking those words out loud.

Hold your inhale right at the top,

And then repeat after me as you exhale.

I breathe out slowly.

Beautiful,

Let's do that again.

I breathe in slowly.

I breathe out slowly.

And one more time my love.

I breathe in slowly.

I breathe out slowly.

Beautiful,

We are going to begin tapping through the other points,

Starting with the eyebrow point.

Again,

Continue to tap,

And breathe,

And repeat after me.

When I feel the tightness of overwhelm and anxiety move through my body,

Tapping on the side of eye,

I soften and relax my muscles.

Beautiful my love,

Tapping under the eye.

And I breathe through the intensity as I feel it gently release.

Beautiful my love,

I want you to pause here,

Continuing to tap here,

Practicing this.

Breathing through the intensity of whatever emotion is rising here.

And I want you to imagine riding the emotion of overwhelm like a wave.

Rather than staying stuck in it,

Or trying to go underneath the water to avoid it.

As you tap,

Allow yourself to feel the intensity of it in your body.

And then just like a wave,

Let it flow through you.

And feel it ease as it releases.

Energy is always moving,

Energy is meant to move my love,

It wants to move through you.

Tapping in your breath will help you do that.

So continue to tap and breathe.

As you tap now on the point under your nose,

Repeating after me.

I let it rise.

Beautiful my love,

Chin point.

And I let it go.

Beautiful tapping on the collarbone point.

And just as every wave rises and falls,

This feeling will pass through me too.

Beautiful tapping under the arm.

I let go of the tightness in my heart with every breath I breathe.

Beautiful tapping on the top of head point.

And I come home to myself.

Beautiful my love,

Returning to the eyebrow point and tapping there.

I come home to the part of me that is always at peace.

Tapping on the side of eye.

I remember this part of me that feels so safe and so secure.

Beautiful tapping under the eye.

And I choose to relax into that feeling.

Tapping under the nose.

I know there is another way.

Beautiful chin point.

And as I tap and release more of the overwhelm and anxiety from my body.

Tapping on the collarbone point.

I feel more free.

Beautiful under the arm.

I feel more at peace.

Beautiful my love,

Tapping on the top of head point.

My body feels lighter and more relaxed.

Eyebrow point.

I feel the gentle warmth of a golden glowing light right within my heart space.

Beautiful my love,

Side of eye point.

As I breathe.

I feel that golden light begin to flow throughout my entire body.

Beautiful tapping under the eye.

Really allow yourself to slow down here.

Breathe and feel what's happening as you repeat after me.

Beautiful my love,

Under the eye.

Down into my arms.

Tapping under the nose.

And down through my torso.

Tapping on the chin point.

Into my legs and through my feet.

Tapping on the collarbone point.

Up through my throat space and into my head.

Tapping on the side of body.

And I feel the gentle warmth and calm of this golden light.

Flowing throughout my entire body.

Beautiful my love,

Top of head point.

This golden light is my calm,

Steady center.

Always here.

Always within me.

Beautiful eyebrow point.

No matter what happens outside of me.

Within me,

I can find peace.

Side of eye point.

Within me,

I feel this calm golden light.

Warm and calm my whole being.

Tapping under the eye.

Everything will be okay.

Tapping under the nose.

Everything is already okay.

Tapping on the chin point.

I trust that I can move through this.

Collarbone point.

I trust that I will be okay.

Because I already am.

Beautiful underarm point.

I already am okay.

Top of the head.

Despite everything that is unfolding around me.

I am safe and I am okay.

Eyebrow point.

I am calm.

Side of eye point.

I am safe.

Under eye point.

I courageously trust the unknown.

Beautiful my love.

Tapping under the nose.

There is a divine weaving to this life that I cannot see.

But I can feel it within me.

Chin point.

There is a greater wisdom guiding this unfolding.

Collarbone point.

And even though I don't know where we are going.

Beautiful under the arm.

I believe that everything will be okay.

Beautiful my love.

Top of head point.

This calm grounded peace carries me forward.

Reminding me that even when it all feels like too much.

I can always come home to myself.

Beautiful my love.

Take a slow breath in through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

As you let your hand float to your lap.

And close your eyes here if they are not closed already.

Taking several slow gentle breaths.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Allowing the energy to move and flow and shift.

And as you breathe here.

Notice how your body feels now.

Hopefully a little lighter.

Softer.

Calmer.

More peaceful.

As you return to your day.

Know that this calm lives within you my love.

And you can come back to it anytime.

With your breath.

Your presence.

As you are returning to this ritual.

As you move forward.

Know that you are safe.

You are supported.

And everything is going to be okay my love.
