Sourcing Earth Energy

Using imagination, visualization, and breath work, this meditation guides you to connect with the Earth and intentionally draw energy up from the Earth and into your body. Focusing on the three power centers of the body, you’ll use imagery to infuse your power with the power of the Earth.
