
Ready To Thrive
In this meditation you’ll explore the different areas of your life through the lens of your chakras, moving from identifying survival patterns to affirming your pathway to thrive. You'll first be guided through a relaxation exercise, and then transition into a journey up the chakras to look within and wonder where you may be trapped in survival habits that keep you from thriving in your life. To finish the meditation, for each chakra you’ll be offered an affirmation to move you towards thriving for each area of your life. The music continues for a minute at the end to help you transition. You might consider having a journal nearby to make notes or further process what arose during the meditation after you finish, or repeat the meditation, stopping and starting to capture what you might explore in more detail to move out of surviving and into thriving in your life.
