Often when we meditate we use breath or another tool to bring our attention to a single focus. Because our attention is often narrowly focused throughout the day, this open focus meditation is a wonderful opportunity to create a sense of openness within oneself, to relax the attention in a way that opposes that narrow focus, while also stilling the mind. In this open focus meditation we use imagination, attention and awareness to become connected with the space inside and around us. Music by Chris Collins accompanies this meditation.
