Welcome to your guided meditation.

This is your coach,

Laura.

And today we are going to go through a meditation that's going to lead you into remembering that you are enough.

Welcome.

Feelings of inadequacy,

Inferiority,

And low self-esteem are something that many people experience.

It can be stressful and challenging.

Whether these feelings are surrounding your work,

Your personal life,

Your relationships,

They can lead to struggles that prevent us from reaching our fullest potential.

The practice that we are about to take will help you take the first steps to overcoming your feelings of inadequacy by recognizing your self-worth.

So go ahead.

Find a comfortable position.

Make sure that your back,

Your neck,

And your head are all held straight without any straining.

Relaxed yet alert.

Roll back your shoulders and keep them down away from your ears.

Rest your hands gently on your lap and close your eyes.

And taking a relaxing deep breath in,

Fill all the way up.

And when you get to the top of your inhale,

Hold for one,

Two,

Three,

And then release the breath out slowly and gently.

Take a long,

Deep breath in.

Hold it for one,

Two,

Three,

And release the breath out slowly and steadily,

Breathing all the way out.

Let it go.

One last time together.

Breathing in deeply,

Holding at the top.

One,

Two,

Three,

And breathing out even slower.

And relax your breath.

Allow it to return to its natural rhythm and just arrive in this moment with me.

Give yourself the permission to just be.

Nowhere to be.

Nowhere to go.

Just focusing on the present moment,

Tuning into stillness in your body and mind,

Breathing in and breathing out.

And as you sit here,

Focus your attention on the breath.

Imagine that every time you breathe in,

A bright yellow light enters your body and fills you with the warmth of sunshine.

So breathing in this warm yellow light,

Allow this light to penetrate every part of your body.

See the light enter your body through your nose,

Filling your lungs and softly illuminating your face.

This light is relaxing your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your lips,

Your jaw,

Your neck.

And with every new breath in,

See this golden light travel down your arms,

Into your hands and your fingertips.

See it travel into your belly,

Your hips,

Your legs and your feet,

All the way down to your toes.

And just take a moment to feel its warmth filling your body with every single breath.

Now allow this sunshine to find any places within you where you think that you might not be good enough.

This can be parts of your body,

Pieces of your personality,

Your mind,

Your memories.

Take a moment now to allow the golden light to find them.

And once your attention has found those places,

Take a long deep breath in,

Allowing the golden light to fill those spaces with its soothing and nurturing presence.

Allow the light to heal,

To repair,

To restore.

Your doubts that you have about yourself,

Allow them to dissipate.

Allow it to heal any self-criticism,

Self-comparison,

Perfectionism and any judgment.

And as this light begins to remove those doubts within you,

Begin to invite in compassion,

Patience,

Understanding,

Kindness and acceptance.

With every breath in,

Allow these good and positive feelings to sink into your body.

And now repeat the following phrases quietly to yourself after me,

Or you can simply listen and let them sink in.

I am enough.

I am strong.

I am smart.

I am talented.

I am creative.

I am bold.

I am grateful for who I am and who I can be.

I have everything I need to get where I want to be.

I am powerful enough to live in accordance with my own values,

Desires and truth.

I am enough.

I am enough.

I am enough.

Allow these words to reinforce all of your positive characteristics,

Your abilities,

Your skills and your beautiful values.

When we feel that we're not good enough,

It's as if we're looking into a mirror that's clouded.

It prevents us from seeing ourselves from who we truly are.

When we attend parts of ourselves that we think are not good enough,

With compassion,

We begin to wipe that mirror clean.

We give ourselves permission to connect to ourselves and the world around us.

We transform our feelings of lack to an extraordinary life,

Abundant with love and great happiness.

As this practice comes to an end,

Begin to come back gently into your surroundings.

Begin to stretch gently,

Wiggling your toes and your fingers.

Move your head from side to side.

Feel your body.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Prepare to move into the rest of your day knowing with 100% certainty you are enough.

Namaste.
