I am here to guide you into different sophrology techniques of relaxation and visualization.
I would like to take you to the heart of your parasympathetic system of rest.

This session I call it my dream and it's a session whose goal is to fall asleep.
So I'm going to enter a state of relaxation and after that I will enter the depth of my awareness to falling asleep.
I'm going to look for a comfortable place,
My bed.
I'm going to probably close the door,
Drink water,
Whatever I need to get ready to sleep and I find a comfortable position where to close my eyes.
Close my eyes.
As I breathe in,
Breathe out,
I relax my head.
I feel my head heavy,
Relaxed,
Nicely heavy and I visit all the little parts of my head like the eyes,
The nose,
The jaw and I relax.
The scalp where my hair grows,
I relax.
I relax my throat and I feel my shoulders relaxed,
Nicely heavy.
My shoulder blades,
I relax my arms reaching my fingers.
I visualize the shape of my arms,
Nicely heavy,
Relaxed,
Free of any tension.
I visualize my rib cage opening to the sides as I inhale,
Closing from the sides as I exhale.
All the space for my rib cage,
Inhaling deeply,
Exhaling deeply in a wave motion.
I feel also my belly,
How when I inhale it takes all the place,
When I exhale contracts lightly.
It's a smooth wave-like movement from the inhale expanding,
From the exhale contracting.
I connect with this movement as well as the nice heaviness of my body,
The nice temperature to me.
Given the space to this nice breathing leading me to relaxation.
I feel the heaviness of the core of my body reaching the lower belly,
The buttocks that are heavy,
Relaxed.
I move on to my legs,
My thighs that are relaxed,
Heavy,
Nicely heavy.
I visualize my knees,
Heavy,
Relaxed.
My tibia reaching my feet,
My heels.
My calves also relaxed and each of my toes.
A very nice feeling of relaxation,
Heaviness,
Nice temperature and also the flexibility of my breath as my only physical movement from this very nice state of relaxation.
And I get ready to go to a deeper state of consciousness like a feather going down in the air to the floor,
Slowly,
Very slowly,
To the air.
I go down and my attention is focused on my awareness,
Every little movement of my awareness.
How my mental is very slowly switching off,
Very slowly.
And as the mental switches off,
I see all the little movements,
All the little points of attention and I let go.
I let go my mental as I get in touch with my soul.
Deeper and deeper and deeper I find the soul and the capacities of the soul,
Very deep capacities of mine with a nice feeling of peace,
Calm,
Tranquility.
I can trust my inner self,
My interior.
I go deeper in my inner self,
One stage after the other till I reach the deepness of sleeping state,
A state where I let go deeply,
A state where I can trust.
I reach sleep where I can integrate my day,
Where I can regenerate for the day ahead.
I connect with a very deep state of calm,
Relaxation,
Security.
I feel safe.
I let go and layer by layer I enter a very profound state of relaxation in contact with my inner self.
In peace,
Calm and relaxation I connect to my soul.
