And then slowly exhale out of your mouth.

Slow breath in,
Into the belly.
And slowly breathe out.
And one more,
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Beautiful.
Now you can just breathe normally.
Now all you have to do is repeat the sentences after me,
And you can say them out loud or just in your head.
And I invite you to bring one hand to your heart,
As that can feel really nice.

Here we go.

I am beautiful inside and out.
I accept and appreciate myself.

My feelings matter.
