Take a seven minute pause from your daily routine to align with your purpose. If you get quiet enough, is it possible to hear the song in your heart? How might listening deeply to your internal voice influence and re-calibrate this moment ... or perhaps the overall arch of your life... May this meditation help you to align with synchronicity and share your gifts with the world.

Find a comfortable position with your back straight and take a few inhales and exhales to ease yourself into this present moment.

Bring to mind a time that you were aligned with your purpose or a time that you felt you were completely connected to synchronicity.

Feel and experience,

Remember the five senses.

What were you seeing at that time?

Were there any interesting sounds or strong smells?

Is there a taste memory?

How about the sensation that you felt in your body?

What did your heart feel like?

What was the expression on your face at the time?

And then wrap your hands together vigorously and place your two hands on top of each other in the heart center of your chest.

Not the literal heart to the left,

But right in the middle.

I invite you to take a couple breaths again and just feel that heart center and really feel the musical quality,

The notes that were played,

The sensation that you felt during that time that you were aligned with your purpose.

You may want to feel and allow a smile to percolate on your face or maybe there's a feeling of relief.

That time was precious,

But it's past now.

Maybe that's a good thing.

And let's allow ourselves to really experience that memory and feel it and integrate it.

Allow all of ourselves to remember what that felt like.

And when you're ready,

Let it go.

Especially if there's any kind of clinging to it or wishing that it could be like that right now or any aversion to it.

Maybe it was an intense moment.

Just kind of visited it.

Let it be.

Allow the wisdom of that moment to permeate ourselves.

And then we're just going to let go of any attachment to it.

Let's find ourselves completely back in the present moment right now.

Whatever that takes for you.

It might be breathing or feeling your body or listening to the sounds in the room.

And next I'm going to ask you a question.

And after I ask you that question,

I invite you to let a deep part of yourself tell you the answer.

And that may be that an image bubbles up and you see an image all of a sudden,

Or you may hear a sound or a song or feel a sensation,

Or maybe even just having a sense of inner knowing.

But we're going to allow that space and allow whatever message needs to come to you today to just arise in your consciousness.

And before that question,

I invite you to just gently soften your heart.

You could visualize that it's opening up like a beautiful lotus or a sunflower,

Or it may be as simple as like a hectic day today.

And you just kind of take a breath and tell yourself it's okay to relax,

Even if it's just a little bit.

This is a very safe moment just with you and your own heart.

And here's the question.

What does my heart want?

Okay,

There could be so many different things that came up for you.

And I invite you to see if you can take whatever it is and break that down into one easy next step.

Even if it is the tiniest little step,

Is there something you can do today,

Or if it's nighttime,

First thing in the morning tomorrow,

That's going to get you closer to being in alignment with what your heart really wants.

Signs that you're on the right track aligning with your purpose is that you hear a little voice inside of you that says,

I could do that.

There might be a kind of simplicity or a joy.

It's an easy next step.

It involves doing the next natural thing.

What is your heart song?

What does your heart really long for?

There's so much wisdom in that.

I wish you well.

Thank you for practicing with me today.
