This is a meditation exercise about how it is to hold your being in awareness right now. How is it to experience spaciousness or constriction, concentration or expansion, ease or tightness? Can you hold your experience kindly, no matter what it is?

So making yourself comfortable closing your eyes either fully or partially noticing what it's like to have some space to have nothing to do but instead to simply be maybe bringing a little curiosity to this experience of simply being what's the quality of simply being how does it feel in your body how does it feel in your mind is there a feeling of relief or is there a feeling of tension whatever you're experiencing can you be curious about it can you hold it can you bring some non-judgmental awareness to this experience of being does your sense of space feel contracted or does it feel expanded does your experience feel concentrated or does it feel wide and spacious what is being for you in this moment and knowing that whatever it is is just fine there's no other way it should be if you're feeling any tension in your awareness then you might like to put a hand over your heart or some other place that feels soothing sometimes we don't even know that we're holding tension in our body and still until we we sit still until we notice what it's like to be you can you be gentle with your experience in the way you might hold the experience of a child or a puppy being you feel very tender towards can you hold your own experience with that sense of tender curiosity that sense of holding you now as we're moving towards the completion of this little meditation taking a moment to allow yourself to be exactly who you are in this moment giving yourself permission to be fully human whatever that is for your experience right now you you then bringing your awareness to your breathing for a couple of breaths you you expanding your awareness out to your body as a whole might like to start moving your body to get in touch with the physicality of your body when you're ready gently opening your eyes you'd be having a little stretch and sip of your dream
