I invite you to sit down or lay your body in a comfortable position and breathe.

I invite you to close your eyes and connect with your breath.

Breathe in through your nose and allow your lips to part as you exhale through your mouth.

I invite you to continue this circle breathing as I guide you through your unconditional love meditation.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Notice how your mind begins to soften and relax.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Notice how your body begins to soften and relax.

Allow your mind to focus on how each breath enters and leaves the body.

Allow your body to relax deeper and deeper with every suggestion.

In this moment,

Think about the word love.

What does the word love mean to you?

How have you been loving yourself each day?

Physically have you been getting enough sleep each night?

Have you been eating nutrient-dense food that gives you life and vitality?

Have you been engaging in physical activity that increases your heart rate and moves your body in some way?

Have you been overindulging in anything?

Physically,

Do you feel balanced?

Mentally,

Have you been thinking loving thoughts towards yourself,

Towards others,

And the world?

Mentally,

Have you been self-sabotaging yourself or speaking about yourself,

Others,

Or the world negatively?

Spiritually,

Have you been connecting with your inner spirit for daily guidance or have you been allowing the fear of the world to consume you?

Mentally,

Spiritually,

And physically,

What do you need to feel more love?

No matter what has happened,

No matter what you've done to this moment,

You have the opportunity to choose unconditional love.

Meaning,

No matter what has happened,

You can still choose love.

No matter how much fear or anger that arises,

You can still choose love.

In this moment,

Commit to choosing love for yourself physically.

Start to visualize what that looks like.

What rituals will you practice each day to physically love yourself?

Start to visualize the activities that you will do for your morning,

Your evening,

And your nighttime rituals.

How did doing these rituals make you feel?

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Mentally,

Commit to yourself to daily reflect on how you feel and how you feel at the beginning of the day,

At the middle of the day,

And at the end of the day.

Make a commitment to document your feelings.

Mentally,

No matter what you feel,

You can choose love.

Spiritually,

Make a commitment to yourself to take five to 10 minutes each morning or at nighttime to do your breath work and meditation.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Make a commitment to love yourself by connecting with your spiritual self each day,

Knowing that you're here in the physical form for a matter of time,

But your soul will last forever.

Make a commitment to check in with your soul's calling each day so that you are divinely guided in all that you do.

Make a commitment to yourself in this moment to be gentle with yourself no matter what.

Always return to love.

Always give yourself grace.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

In this moment,

Commit to doing the best that you can each day and knowing that the best that you can is enough.

In this moment,

Make a commitment to yourself to release judgment of yourself,

Of others,

And of the world,

Knowing that everyone is doing the best that they can.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

The more that you release fear,

Judgment,

Doubt,

And worry,

The more you invite unconditional love into your life.

Take another deep inhale and slowly exhale.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes and start to journal any divine downloads or insights that came through.

You know you are love.
