EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), commonly known as tapping, is a powerful stress-relief method that combines elements of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. By gently tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on a particular issue, EFT helps release emotional blocks, reduce stress, and restore balance to the body's energy system. This tapping session is focused on reducing creative overwhelm so that you can come up with your best ideas and get into the flow zone. Use it anytime you're feeling blocked or stuck.

Today,

We're going to be using EFT tapping to release any creative overwhelm you might be feeling,

Clear away any blocks in the way of your inspiration,

And open up your perspective to see the world with fresh creative eyes.

So before we begin,

Find a nice comfortable seat.

Take a few deep grounding breaths,

Drawing your focus into the room,

And knowing that there's nothing else you need to do,

Nowhere else you need to be other than be here now.

So I want you to tune into this feeling of creative overwhelm.

How would you rate it on a scale of 0 to 10,

With 10 being the highest?

This is going to help you track your progress throughout the tapping session.

Okay,

Beautiful.

Let's begin.

So I'm going to guide you through each of the tapping points and give you the phrases to repeat out loud.

So we're going to start with the karate chop point,

Using your fingertips to tap the side of your hand.

Even though I'm feeling overwhelmed by my creativity and struggling to access inspiration,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though I have barriers blocking my inspiration,

I choose to release them and open up fresh ideas.

Even though my perspective feels limited right now,

I choose to see the world with new creative eyes.

Now we're going to go to the eyebrow point.

This creative overwhelm feels so heavy.

Side of the eye,

I'm struggling to find inspiration.

Under the eye,

There are so many barriers in my way.

Under the nose,

I feel stuck and frustrated.

Chin point,

I'm afraid I'll never break through this creative block.

Collarbone,

I'm carrying so much pressure to be creative.

Under the arm,

All of these barriers are making it difficult to see clearly.

Top of the head,

I'm ready to release this creative overwhelm.

Eyebrow point,

I choose to let go of this pressure.

Side of the eye,

I'm open to receiving inspiration.

Under the eye,

I'm releasing the barriers that are blocking my creativity.

Under the nose,

I'm allowing my perspective to expand.

Chin point,

I trust that inspiration is all around me.

Collarbone,

I'm open to seeing the world with fresh eyes.

Under the arm,

I'm letting go of what no longer serves my creativity.

Top of the head,

I'm ready to embrace new ideas and perspectives.

Eyebrow point,

I'm tapping into my creative flow.

Side of the eye,

I feel inspiration beginning to flow through me.

Under the eye,

I'm connected to endless possibilities.

Under the nose,

My perspective is expanding more and more.

Chin point,

I see the world with new creative eyes.

Collarbone,

I'm open to all sources of inspiration.

Under the arm,

I'm embracing creativity with joy and ease.

Top of the head,

I feel inspired,

Clear,

And ready to create.

Beautiful.

So just letting the hands gently come back into the lap,

Taking a deep breath in,

And slowly exhale.

Now tune into your body and notice how you feel.

Check in now with your level of creative overwhelm and see where it is on that scale of 0 to 10 now.

Notice any shifts in your energy or your perspective.

And remember that you can return to this tapping sequence any time you need to clear creative blocks or feel more inspired.

I hope you feel a little bit more connected to your creative potential and I hope it opens up endless amounts of inspiration.
