Welcome,

My name is Kinga.

I created this guided meditation to help you build self-appreciation.

By listening to this meditation daily,

You will learn to appreciate every little thing about yourself,

Your body,

Your personality and the overall being that you are.

Replacing criticism and comparison with self-acceptance and self-appreciation are the first steps to self-love.

Find a comfortable seated position,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold the breath for a few seconds and then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Continue breathing deeply and evenly,

Focusing on the sensation of air moving in and out of your body.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest and belly with each inhale and exhale.

Take a moment to appreciate the simple act of breathing,

Allowing oxygen to nourish your body and sustain your life.

Your body is a remarkable machine,

Effortlessly performing this vital function every moment of every day.

As you continue to breathe,

Bring your awareness to your body.

Take a moment to appreciate the unique features of your head and face,

Which make you who you are and allow you to express yourself in the word.

Your head and face are a canvas for your emotions and experiences and they tell the story of your life.

Appreciate your eyes,

Nose,

Mouth and ears,

Which allow you to experience the world around you.

They enable you to see beauty,

Smell wonderful scents,

Taste delicious flavours and hear the sounds of nature and music,

Adding to the richness of your life's experiences.

Feel grateful for the strength and flexibility of your neck and shoulders,

Allowing you to carry yourself with confidence and grace.

Notice how they support you and at times carry the weight of the world.

Take a moment to appreciate the resilience and pumped torso,

Which provide a foundation for your body's movement and stability.

Your core supports you through all of life's challenges,

Allowing you to stand tall and move with grace and ease.

Move your focus to your chest.

Appreciate the warmth and love that emanates from your heart area,

Filling you with a sense of connection and compassion.

Your heart beats with a steady rhythm,

Providing you with the energy and vitality you need to live your life to the fullest.

Now bring your attention to the strength and dexterity of your hips,

Arms and legs,

Which together allow you to explore the world,

Accomplish tasks and engage in physical activities that bring you joy.

Your hips are the foundation of your body's movement,

Allowing for fluid mobility and stability,

While your arms and legs are powerful tools that help you navigate through life.

Take a moment to appreciate all that these body parts allow you to do and the incredible range of movement they provide,

Enabling you to fully experience and enjoy all that life has to offer.

Take a moment to appreciate the incredible precision and versatility of your hands,

Allowing you to grab,

Push,

Pull,

Carry,

Wave,

Point and make many other gestures or signs.

Appreciate your hands for their sense of touch too.

They allow you to experience the warmth of the sun on your skin,

The softness of a loved one's cheek and the comfort of a warm embrace.

Whether you're holding a loved one's hand or feeling the texture of an object,

Your hands are an essential part of your sensory experience and contribute greatly to your overall enjoyment of life.

Now think of your knees and feet,

Allowing you to walk,

Run and balance in a wide variety of environments and situations.

They are essential for everyday life.

Your legs have been carrying you all these years,

Have walked you to so many places you loved and took you away from so many places where you didn't feel welcome.

Move your focus to your personality and find something that you appreciate the most about you.

Your personality is what makes you unique and special and it's shaped by your experiences,

Values and beliefs.

Take a moment to recognize your positive traits such as your kindness,

Sense of humor,

Intelligence,

Creativity and appreciate the impact they have on others around you.

Embrace your quirks and imperfections as they add depth and richness to your personality and make you a dynamic and interesting person.

Remember that your personality is constantly evolving and you have the power to cultivate the qualities you admire and work on areas where you want to grow.

Celebrate who you are and all the amazing things you bring to the world.

Your whole being is a complex and miraculous creation composed of countless cells,

Systems and processes that work together seamlessly to keep you alive and thriving.

Take a moment to marvel at the wonder of your existence and the sheer beauty of being alive.

Appreciate all the experiences and lessons that have brought you to this moment and trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

Remember to be kind and gentle with yourself and honor your body and spirit with love,

Compassion and gratitude.

You are a beautiful miracle even when you don't see yourself that way.

My wish for you is that by listening to this meditation daily,
