Hi this is Kinga and this is your audio hug.

For the days when you're beginning again or wondering if you can,

This isn't a meditation.

It's a soft voice reminding you.

You're not starting from scratch.

You're starting from experience and that's a powerful place to begin.

Starting over isn't failure.

It's wisdom.

It's saying what was no longer fits and I am brave enough to begin again.

Maybe you left something behind.

A job,

A relationship,

A version of yourself.

Maybe you didn't choose this ending but here you are.

On the edge of something new,

Wobbly,

Tender,

Unsure and that's okay.

You don't have to have it all figured out.

You don't need a five-step plan.

You just need one breath,

One next kind step.

You're allowed to grieve what was and you're allowed to not know what's next.

You're allowed to be messy in the becoming.

This chapter doesn't need to be perfect.

It just needs to be yours.

Every ending holds seeds and every pause has a pulse.

You are not lost.

You are being rewritten.
